On arrival from a late running ferry journey was told no room was available so had to sleep on the floor. They did not respond to booking.com customer service so I did not receive a refund. Beware!

The property location is wrong. It’s about 10 minutes on a motorbike from the ferry. So when we arrived we asked if we could arrange a refund because we needed to stay nearer the port for a an early am ferry. The manager agreed to do this through booking.com.
They have not bothered to respond to booking.com and give us a refund. Took the money and promised to refund then ignored all contact. Don’t stay here.
The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly—they helped us with everything we needed, even guiding us on how to get to Tablas Island and recommending great places to eat. The view from our room was amazing, overlooking the sea. The location is also very convenient—close to the port, the town, and Bonbon Beach.
One of the main reasons we booked here was because several vlogs mentioned the internet was strong—perfect for remote work. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience. As I was about to start work around 8 p.m., the internet is out and stayed that way the entire night. It only came back the next morning, right after my 9-hour shift had already ended.
The staff said there was an issue with the internet in the area, but as someone tech-savvy, I know the difference between an outage and a router being switched off—and this felt very much like the latter. We had to rely on our cellphone data just to stay connected. Thankfully, Smart network saved us, since Gomo and Globe were quite unstable in the area.
It was really disappointing, especially since reliable internet was the main reason we chose this place.
It's 5 mins away from the center so its accessible to everything.
First of all, there was almost never any staff available to assist us. The only times we saw a staff member were in the evening and early morning. We were only able to connect to the internet a full day after arriving. I understand it’s the off-season and it felt like we were the only guests, but that shouldn’t mean we wouldn’t need assistance. They also didn’t answer phone calls, and after the initial contact, no one was around to help.
The water pressure was very low, the AC wasn’t cold, and both the heater and TV were not working. We had to extend our stay by one more day after missing our boat, and when we entered our room, there was no electricity or water. We had to search for staff again and wait until someone could help. Calls went unanswered, and my texts were only responded to several hours after we had already checked out.
We also had an issue with the toilet, and instead of offering us another room (given the many problems we experienced) they told us it could only be fixed in the morning and directed us to use their service toilet, which was not pleasant at all.
I hope management will see this feedback as motivation to improve their service rather than as criticism.
the property is very near to the pier.can walk around 15mins or ride a tricycle. Also, its near the central same place as the pier. The sea view is too good and relaxing.The staffs are accomodating and kind. The place is neat and clean.Near the district hospital and transportation is very accessible.
Maybe some improvement in the shower and bidet were water drips not too strong for our room. otherwise, overall is ok.

location as per maps in booking.com is misleading. And one of the main reason i booked the place.
As per booking.com the location shows right in town center, but it was around 5 min drive from the center.
