Ülisõbralik vastuvõtt ja teenindus. Personal oli professionaalne. Hommikusöök oli väga maitsev ja mitmekesine. Tuba oli puhas, voodi oli väga mugav, tekk oli pehme ja paksem kui tavaliselt. toas oli kõik vajalik olemas.

Das Personal ist super nett und entspannt. Schönes Ambiente und angenehme Atmosphäre runden das Hotel ab.
Etwas weniger Musik am Pool wäre schön und das Licht auf den Balkonen sollte grundsätzlich von jedem Gast selbst an und ausgemacht werden können, so dass es auch vor 24:00 auf dem Balkon dunkel sein kann.
Das a la carte Abendessen, was wir nur einmal probieren haben, war nicht besonders gut.
Frühstück war sehr gut. Zimmer schön und sauber. Die Lage ist toll. Die Massage war wunderbar.
zu wenig Information wie die Abläufe bei der Halbpension sind. An der Rezeption wurde uns nur die Essenszeit gesagt. Im Restaurant kam dann die Frage, warum wir nicht reserviert haben. Keiner hat uns erklärt: Halbpension ist nach Speisekarte eine Vorspeise, ein Hauptgericht und ein Dessert. Außerdem gab es erst am letzten Tag eine deutsche Speisekarte.
My friend and I had the pleasure of staying at the newly opened MIM Mallorca, Member of Meliá Collection, and our experience was wonderful from start to finish.
The hotel is impeccably clean and beautifully designed in a raw yet cosy Mediterranean style. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast was generous, with a rich variety of dishes, the pool was spotless, and the sea view was simply stunning. The location is excellent too.
We sincerely recommend MIM Mallorca to anyone looking for a memorable stay in a stylish hotel with outstanding service. We'll definitely be back!

Nos gustó mucho la atención del personal, muy atentos y amables en todo momento.
La habitación estaba muy bien con buenas vistas y muy cómoda y acogedora.
Nos faltó que el horario para tomarte un cóctel en la terraza de arriba fuese un poco más amplio, dado que con lo bien que se estaba ahí hubiese estado genial poder tomarte algo al llegar de cenar.

- es gab nur ein leichtes Leintuch zum zudecken, für mich persönlich war es zu wenig, habe in der Nacht gefroren, mir hat eine adecke gefehlt
- Parkmöglichkeiten um das Hotel etwas schwierig, keine eigene Parkplätze
Der Pool unten hat eine gute Größe und das Personal ist freundlich. Gute Lage zum Strand, nette Abendunterhaltung.
Der Pool am Dach war verschmutzt und das Essen hat an Qualität abgenommen im Vergleich zum letzten Jahr. Weniger Auswahl und geschmacklich schlechter. Preise im Hotel für Getränke und Snacks zu teuer.
