部屋に設置してある冷蔵庫が効きが悪く、アイスも溶けてしまい残念でした。
またTVでYouTubeやネトフリなどが観れるとすごく快適に感じます。

Das Zimmer war deutlich größer als erwartet, vor allem das zweite Schlafzimmer. Der "Onsen" im Außenbereich so wie erhofft: heiß und perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Da wir mit dem Auto unterwegs waren, war der große Parkplatz natürlich sehr komfortable.
Very good breakfast, attentive staff, spacious room, variety of amenities. They have shuttle bus from bus station and Yubatake to the hotel every 30 min approx. I used the spa for massages a lot!

No electricity in our room during our last night
This property is about a 10 minute walk from the centre of town and the yubatake, but there are regular shuttle buses the hotel provides taking you back and forth. This hotel is a gorgeous spa hotel. The music is gorgeous, they offer you free yukatas to borrow, in the middle of the hotel there is a very scenic pool via a waterfall and there is a gift shop inside. It offers onsens itself, a bar on one of the top floors with nice warm hotel snacks - such as warm meats and pasta and tea and coffee. The rooms with private onsets are impressive. The balcony is a decent size, with chairs overlooking the town, in a wooden look with a wooden onsen with onsen water from the town. I went in winter and it was still warm enough sat on the balcony in the fresh air. The showers and bathrooms are next door through a sliding door which I found extremely convenient. There is nothing more beautiful then being sat in your own private onsen outdoors, then after or during overlooking the beautiful town at night. They provide free snacks in the room, water, and the room is incredibly spacious. It was the ultimate spa experience for Japan, and for tattooed guests Kusatsu has many onsens such a short walk away where you can go into public onsens outdoors - see the sceneries regardless of your tattoos. Ultimately it was a beautiful hotel in a beautiful town and I was at peace while there.
Could do with more warm food options, but I was satisfied and there is nothing I did not like.
