An amazing place with wonderful staff—I recommend it 100%!
Pros:

I must say that Kutaisi absolutely charmed me. Its history, antiquity, and uniqueness truly captivate anyone. Naturally, filled with high expectations, I was very careful when choosing a hotel and finally settled on The Grand Piano Hotel.

The interior is stunning—with exquisitely crafted plaster carvings on the walls and ceiling, and genuine hardwood floors that gleam with cleanliness. Even the air itself had a distinct, pleasant fragrance. As for the staff, they stand out for their great enthusiasm and genuine hospitality, always ready to lend a helping hand (they even helped us park our car right in front of the hotel, which was very thoughtful and pleasant).

The room was exceptionally clean and well-kept, and the breakfast was both hearty and delightful. I truly felt right at home.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we stayed for only one day, but we will definitely return for a longer stay.

No vayan, un horror

Lo único que se salva es la señora que nos hizo el desayuno el segundo día que, al no tenerlo preparado a las ocho cuando lo pedimos, nos lo hizo al momento

Cons:

Las habitaciones estaban sucias. Nos quedamos dos noches y no nos hicieron la habitación. El desayuno lo ponen como excepcional y es una birria. No hay tostadora, la tortilla estaba fría y apelmazada y lo poco que había era todo industrial . Ofrecen aparcamiento y es mentira. Las zonas comunes sucias y desordenadas, el personal del hotel desayunaba mientras desayunábamos nosotras como si fueran unos clientes más. El peor hotel en el que me he hospedado en Georgia.

Pros:

Room1 bit noisy from the roadside in the evening but with character a balcony, firm extra large double mattress & power shower with plenty hot water.

Cons:

I don’t tend to do breakfast just a good coffee.. if you like me bear in mind the offering is instant

Even though the reception staff were very attentive and pleasant, they shouldn't be accepting guests

It wasn't clean; there was mold on the walls in the bathroom and an unpleasant smell. There were no glasses or a kettle in the room, and even soap had to be requested separately.

주차장이 없었어요. 공영주차장이나 도로에 주차해야 되는데 어려워요.
밤에 추웠어요. 이불을 얇은 천하나만 제공해야. 물론 요청은 해보지 않았어요

Very well located 19th century house in Kutaisi
Pros:

A beautiful house very well located in Kutaisi. The wooden parquet is particularly beautiful.

Cons:

The matras was outdated. The balcony door did not shut properly which made the location noisy.
