Pros:

Смачний сніданок та дружній персонал. Зламався у нас ключ, нам його без питань замінили!

Cons:

Вбитий номер... Делюкс і все ледве працює(наприклад душова лійка та дозатор для мила).

Привітний персонал, дуже приємне обслуговування в ресторані готелю та смачна їжа. Неймовірний вид з балкону на гори та дуже гарна територія готелю

Cons:

Бронювали номер Люкс, але від люксу там був тільки вид на гори і площа номеру. Чистота сумнівна, плями на килимах та меблях, пил на поверхнях. Рушники та постіль чиста, але від халатів неприємно пахло. Багато що в номері було несправне - двері в душову кабіну, витяжка у туалеті, світло в холодильнику. В номері не було ані чайнику, ані мінімального посуду, що було дуже незручно. Дитячий басейн був брудний як калюжі на вулиці. Готель знаходиться відносно далеко від міста та від підйомнику «Захар Беркут», якщо ви не на машині, то будьте готові або йти пішки пів години, або платити 250-300грн за 3хв поїздки на таксі 🥲

Якщо виправити проблему з водою, то цей номер вартий максимум 1000 грн! Проте ніяк не 3600 грн/добу!
Pros:

Смачна кухня, гарна територія, тепло в номері.

Cons:

В помешканні номер 17 за 3600 грн. за добу вода смердить!!! 🤢🤢 Не можливо ні прийняти душ ні вмити лице зранку! 🤢
Сам номер до люксу дуже сильно не дотягує! Ремонт у стилі "Привіт 90-ті роки"! 👎

Загалом, відпочинок сподобався, незважаючи на деякі нюанси.
Pros:

Гарне розташування.
Смачна їжа.
Теплий басейн.

Cons:

Воду у номер приносили незрозуміло як (то через день, то через 2).
Світло у кімнаті реагувало на пульт телевізора (зменшення звуку провокувало зменшення яскравості лампочки, або зовсім вимикало світло).
Офіціанти не завжди були привітні. В 9 з 10 разів потрібно було кликати їх, щоб прийняли замовлення.

Чудово і затишно
Pros:

Чисто, затишно, дуже смачні сніданки і взагалі кухня дуже смачна. Донечка не вилазила з дитячого басейну, і все це з чудовим видом на гори.
