Pros:

Хотелът е в центъра на Смолян, точно до началото на пешеходната улица с кафенета, ресторанти и магазини. Стаите са просторни, чисти, с удобни легла. Персоналът е много дружелюбен, полезен и учтив - особено Таня и Светльо.
Сутрин се предлага чудесно кафе.

Страхотна и чиста стая. В банята имаше всички необходими консумативи.
Леглото беше огромно и удобно. Диванът също беше добър за сън.
Локацията на хотела е перфектна - в самия център на Смолян.
