Отличен хотел! Препоръчвам!
Pros:

Хотелът е с най-добро местоположиние в Смолян. Представителна сграда с просторни стаи и луксозно обзаведени фоайета, лоби , интернет телевизия, отопление, вентилация и климатизация. Отлично представяне на персонала - вежливост , експедитивност и компетентност. Не е за подценяване осигуряването на видеонаблюдение и сигурност на гостите.

Cons:

Недостатъчно голям паркинг за гостите на хотела.
