В цілому, норм. Але видно, що в номери давно не вкладалися кошти. Трохи підправити їх і було б взагалі добре.
Pros:

Зручне розташування, свій ресторан, гарний вид на річку

Cons:

Доволі убитиньке все в номері, сантехніка тече. Персонал не завжди на місці, треба розшукувати, видзвонювати

Perfect alpinist adventure
Pros:

People don't like this hotel because they're thinking of the beach in Odessa. But this isn't the kind of place where you throw your clothes on the floor and run to the nearest beach.

Here, every detail is precise and meaningful. The view, the stream, the restaurant—everything is meticulously arranged to create a specific experience.

It took me ten minutes to find parking, too. I also didn't find any tissues in the room and had to go back into the hall to grab a pack from the pile. But can these small details really change the fact that this hotel provides a perfect alpine experience?

Is there a flaw in the dining room's design? Isn't the path from the entrance to the playground meticulously and tastefully planned?

I had a uniquely liberating experience, and I'm sure many people would agree with me.

Pros:

В кімнаті чисто, прибрано. Ранній виїзд - сніданок запакували з собою. Персонал привітний

Cons:

Кімнатка дуже мала. На одну ніч переночувати. Речі немає куди класти. Будь які тумбочки, шафки, відсутні. Манюній прохід, де ми поставили 2 чемодани і переступали їх.

Сподобалось тільки обслуговування хлопчини офіціанта
Кухня смачна
На тому плюси закінчились

Cons:

Номер суцільний жах
Ліжко скрипить навіть від того, що врушити ковдру
Брудно (дуже)
Рушники в плямах
Постільна білизна вся в волоссі
За підлогу окрема тема( шкарпетки можна викидати)
Коридори страшні
Замовляли три номери ( в тому числі був люкс- ситуація не краща)
Тільки один був більш менш нормальний (тримісний)
Адміністратори ввечері сидять в барі, а на ранок на рецепції ніякі
Тому на фотографії не зважайте, по приїзду побачите зовсім іншу картину

Pros:

Персонал любʼязно реагував на будь-які наші прохання. Кухня смачна. В готелі загалом було тихо, спокійно. Гарна літня тераса і дитячий майданчик. Дуже зручне розташування.

Cons:

У нас був трохи несправний напор в душі (вода в різні боки лилась)

Склалось неприємне враження
Pros:

Якість обслуговування адміністраторів готелю.

Cons:

Відсутність москітних сіток в номері, ввечері по тобі повзає мошкара. Відсутність ліфту.
Під час сніданку дві з трьох офіціанток просто ігнорували і не приховували своє незадоволення своєю роботою чи то всіма людьми. Змінилась ситуація коли в зал сіло керівництво, тоді ті двоє стали посміхатись, бачити всіх, протирати столи!, але ж то має працювати не так..
Загалом чекали ми на сніданок більше пів години, і нам постійно забували приносити другу порцію, чи то кави, чи то страви

Pros:

Location was perfect.

Cons:

Very loud radiator at 4 o'clock in the morning, bed not comfortable, not fresh bedding, no service with towels, toilet paper, and bins. Very poor facilities. Spider nets everywhere.
