Pros:

Personal was really kind and helpful! Thank You for everything. Breakfest was so good! The room was nice and spacy, the view from our balcon was very nice, we enjoyed.

Престоят ми в хотел Ема беше истинско удоволствие! Чистотата е на изключително високо ниво – всичко е безупречно поддържано и създава усещане за комфорт още от първия момент.
Местоположението е прекрасно – хотелът е само на около 5 минути пеша от Стария град на Созопол, което го прави идеален както за разходки, така и за почивка.
Персоналът е изключително любезен, отзивчив и усмихнат. Личи си, че за всеки детайл е помислено с внимание към гостите. Благодаря за топлото отношение и прекрасната атмосфера! С удоволствие бих посетила хотел Ема отново и го препоръчвам на всеки, който търси спокойствие, комфорт и отлично обслужване.

Would recommend
Pros:

Our stay was comfortable and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The pool was a great extra benefit which we enjoyed almost daily after visiting the beach.

Cons:

The pillows were too soft and small, but I guess everyone likes them different and this would not be an issue for everyone.

Pokoje są super czyste, jeśli czystość jest dla kogoś priorytetem to jest to idealne miejsce :)

Czystość w obiekcie jest bez żadnych zastrzeżeń - na najwyższym poziomie.

Cons:

Śniadania do poprawy :)brak informacji podczas rezerwacji, że śniadanie (1 opcje) trzeba wybrać dzień wcześniej i podać godzinę przybycia na śniadanie ale Panie były bardzo uprzejme i można było poprosić o coś z poza listy.
