Pros:

Lovely staff, quick and efficient in solving any problems, always with a smile. Good WiFi, especially considering the stranglehold monopoly that local communications company SURE holds on the islands. Excellent bed and great bathroom with solid water pressure. Very efficient (if a bit noisy very early in the morning) housekeeping.

Cons:

Not great communication on accessibility. Plenty of steps to negotiate just to get to reception and all rooms not the ground floor accessible only via stairs.

Pros:

Great place to stay , great staff always willing to help and attentive. Best location in town. We arrive late one day later than expected. But understand and had the restaurant open and ready for that much appreciated meal .

Cons:

Maybe a bit more variety on the menu. And for me, maybe the bacon could be less overcooked. But the breakfast was good. Be aware there are a lot of stairs in front of the hotel and depending on your room in the hotel .but i am sure if asked, the hotel would have helped.

An excellent choice for a short stay in the Falklands albeit the room cost is high.

Las cortinas roller en las habitaciones no cumplen el objetivo de oscurecer suficientemente la pieza , en esta época del año es necesario, mueble /closet muy pequeño

Pros:

Excelente ubicación y servicio. Muy amables todos los empleados del hotel. Tiene restaurante propio y bar. Es muy importante esto dado que en la isla no hay muchas opciones de restaurantes y a una excelente relación precio calidad. Ahora cuenta con wifi gratis durante la estadía haciendo mucho mas accesible la comunicación.

Cons:

Mejoraría las cortinas Black out de las habitaciones del paddock dado que en verano los dias son largos y se filtro la luz. Estive luego en una habitacion superior y ahi la experiencia fue mejor.

Excelente lugar para pasar una semana en Malvinas.
Pros:

Muy cómodo, el desayuno completo y abundante, el personal de administración no ayudó mucho con la movilidad y excursiones. También mejoró el acceso a internet.

Cons:

Es un poquito caro para los argentinos.
