Pros:

Hotel in pieno centro, dotato di parcheggio e situato di fronte alle cascate, quindi super comodo per la visita.
Una struttura di montagna un po’ datata, ma che ci ha affascinate molto., sembrava di essere in una fiaba. Personale molto disponibile ed accogliente.

Cons:

La porta finestra non si chiudeva bene e creava degli spifferi d’aria.

Great location. We are a large family so we had to book 2 rooms. We also had dinner on the property, which was tasty.

Richtig gut gefallen hat uns leider nichts. Wir waren sogar enttäuscht. Eine Bedienung im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und das Essen hat uns geschmeckt.

Cons:

Die Lage, die Ausstattung der Zimmer, die Lautstärke zum einen durch die Strasse und zum anderen durch das Getrampel im oberen Stockwerk. Das Frühstück haben wir ab dem 2. Tag in der Bäckerei eingenommen denn dort passte der Geschmack und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Posizione ottima. Personale gentile e anche se io e Emanu non parliamo il. Tedesco... il ragazzo alla reception si è fatto capire subito.
Abbiamo anche cenato nel ristorante dell albergo.. e anche la cena voto 10. Sala accogliente e cibo ottimo..
La colazione molto buona..
E da non togliere che si trova di fronte all ingresso delle cascate.

Die Lage an den Wasserfällen

Cons:

Leider gab es keinen Aufzug, was für ältere Menschen ein Problem sein könnte. Der Fernseher war auf ausländischen Sender eingestellt, meine Mutter (76)hat 3x nachgefragt ob ihr jemand helfen könnte. Leider kam niemand. Und die Dusche war schimmelig. Es war für eine Nacht okay aber sie würde nicht mehr buchen. Am nächsten Morgen gab es nach Beschwerde immerhin einen Kaffee.

Herbsturlaub in einem historischem Hotel

Das Team im Haus war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr nett! Das hauseigene Restaurant mit Speisen aus der Region ist nur empfehlenswert. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und werden sicherlich wieder im Hotel Pfaff buchen, wenn wir in der Region sein sollten. Danke nochmal ❣️
Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, sodass Sehenswürdigkeiten mit ÖPNV auch gut zu erreichen sind. Schöne, entschleunigte Tage im Schwarzwald gehabt.
