Staff very welcoming and go out of their way to help. Provide iron on request. Rooms are very large and nice views.

Cons:

No western breakfast not even a basic toaster to make toast , no butter and they serve cold coffee but will heat if for you.. pool area is very run down for such a new hotel.

Cons:

Staff has poor command of English which leads to lack of efficiency and maybe lack of goodwill. Not even allowing to wait at the swimming pool till train time (4 pm) after mandatory check out at noon. Hours waiting in a non AC lobby
