La stanza necessita di manutenzione soprattutto il bagno. Molto rumorosa. Pulita solo in superfice ma si avvertiva la presenza di molta polvere. Biancheria con macchie, sia lenzuola che asciugamani. Reception inesistente. Arrivati alle 22 abbiamo trovato un ragazzo straniero per il check-in ma zero parole in italiano.

Empfang nicht besetzt, Zimmertüre nicht abschließbar, Hauseingang nur kompliziert zu öffnen.
Im Zimmer: Elektrik katastrophal (Steckdosen unbefestigt und teilweise nicht funktionstüchtig , keine Schukostecker), Dusche zu eng, Armaturen nicht befestigt, Malerei und Anstriche lieblos, Kleiderschrank zu klein und ohne Hosenbügel,etc.

Lage ist sehr zentral

Cons:

Die Ausstattung war mangelhaft, besonders in Bad. Die Heizung in einem Zimmer lief auf vollen Touren und liess sich nicht abschalten. Während unsetes Aufenthalts waren Bauarbeiten in eonigen Zimmern (Baulärm).
