La mia peggiore esperienza a Trieste.

La posizione al centro città

Cons:

Ho pagato per una stanza doppia con aria condizionata ma me n'è stata assegnata una (la n. 12) senza. C'era un raffrescatore portatile, tipo pinguino, rotto e rumorosissimo. Il tubo della presa d'aria era inserito nella tapparella della finestra che per questo motivo rimaneva aperta. Per poter avere un po' d'aria abbiamo trascorso la notte insonne con le due finestre aperte e con i rumori del traffico insopportabili. Ho fatto presente il problema al receptionist, che non spiaccicava una parola in italiano, il quale mi assicurava che lo avrebbe risolto. La sera, quando siamo tornati, la reception era deserta e il problema non era stato risolto. La mattina, al check-out non c'era nessuno.
