Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Encanto do Sertão. Everything was immaculate. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the necessities we needed, which made our stay very comfortable.

Travelling with young children can be challenging, but the staff were incredibly accommodating and always happy to help whenever we asked for anything. Their kindness and attentiveness really made a difference.

The owner is also very pleasant and genuinely makes you feel well looked after, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel.

We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Pros:

Café da manhã é o ponto alto. Não senti falta de nada. O estacionamento é na rua, mas como a rua é sem saída, fica exclusivo. Sem problemas. Os funcionários atendem bem. O quarto é bem amplo, a cama é boa e as instalações são novas.

Cons:

Primeiro que encontramos 2 batatinhas no quarto. Isso é inadmissível pelo valor pago. Fica em uma rua que não dá pra ir a pé aos pontos turísticos principais. Não tinha toalha no quarto. Tive que descer pra pedir na recepção. Fui logo atendido.
