A equipe são muito atenciosos, fazendo o possível para nos sentirem em casa; o quarto é confortável e o local onde está localizado é tranquilo.

Cons:

O chuveiro, provavelmente fizeram algum reparo e deixaram o sentido da água mirando para a parede, dificultando o banho, porém, nada que nos prejudicasse, mas é algo a ser melhorado.

Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Encanto do Sertão. Everything was immaculate. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the necessities we needed, which made our stay very comfortable.

Travelling with young children can be challenging, but the staff were incredibly accommodating and always happy to help whenever we asked for anything. Their kindness and attentiveness really made a difference.

The owner is also very pleasant and genuinely makes you feel well looked after, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel.

We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
