Great place for a family friendly stay near shopping and tourist attractions👍
Pros:

Great quality food. We ordered dinner on one of the nights and ate in their restaurant. Food was extremely delicious.

Cons:

The bathroom can have extra shelves near the mirror to accommodate our toiletries kit etc.
Need 2 cups in the bathroom.
Door was not properly closing from inside so they should do some regular maintenance checks.

Pros:

Liked the room and the reception area, location is good as it is also in the vicinity of the City Palace.

Cons:

Plenty could have been better. Starting with the check-in which was delayed and we had to wait for quite a bit before the rooms were ready. Next, the parking location is about 100m away and in a run-down deserted and shabby location hard to access. Lastly, there was no hot water facility in the bathroom which we definitely preferred in the cold weather. They can do a lot better.
