A perfect location and a beautifully inviting atmosphere

Our stay at Muze Hotel in Utrecht was a truly enjoyable experience. What stood out most was the exceptional friendliness of the staff – everyone we encountered was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, which made us feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived.

The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Utrecht’s city centre, with many sights, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel itself has a wonderful atmosphere. The interior feels thoughtfully designed, combining style and comfort in a way that creates a warm and inviting ambience.

Overall, a lovely place to stay that we would happily recommend.

Aufgrund des Preisleistungsverhältnisses würden wir es nur bedingt weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Das Personal war insgesamt recht freundlich. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Lage ist absolut top!

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr, sehr spartanisch, wir würden sagen, - homöopathische Portionen.
Serviert wurde z.B. ein kaltes Ei, 3 Micro Stückchen Käse für 2 Personen. Darüberhinaus wurden die Handtücher nicht gewechselt und im Badezimmer waren keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten. Es gab insgesamt eine Flut an E-Mails und Nachrichten vom Hotel.
