This is an excellent Hotel in a very convenient location, with amazing views. Excellent value for money. The staff are very respectful and helpful. Mr Ansari did an excellent job in assisting us.
The General Manager Mr Rahul Charles went out of his way to make us feel at home. We really appreciated that. He made us feel that India is our home.
The food is superb. If you are in doubt and need assistance in choosing a dish, just as Mr Charles (the GM). He is also a great chef. If the food is not available at the hotel, he can get it for you and even cook it for you!
The staff of this hotel are Champions!

You must try. Really safe and convenient for foreigners as well.

Had a great experience.Best place one can find in udaipur with the hill view rooms and highest rooftop restaurant around with great food and best staff.Udaipur' most of historic places and monuments are located within a short drive from the hotel location.

New property & lived up to my expectation. Rooms are quite spacious & amenities provided are of good standard. No hassles of services from Check In till check out. Courteous staff, nice restaurant & good food makes the hotel stay completely pleasant. Highly recommendable.

I am totally satisfied with my Stay at Dheergarh Palace. Their rooms are very nice and neat & Clean Washrooms. Breakfast is also nice and Dinner with live music and bon fire was a unforgettable one.

Rude Staff, very bad Behaviour... Never Listens. Food tasted bad... worst experience... Top management also not responsive, we complained several times about bad service, no solution. only location of the restaurant is good, otherwise flop.

We were denied our specified dinner table which was reserved way ahead in advance and also reminded of the same to the staff again on the day of the visit. After confrontation the staff seemed totally irresponsible, unresponsive and  adamant. Moving on, the food was terrible and overexpensive, live music was unbearable. the only good thing about the place is the view.. thats all… staff is the worst in Udaipur. 

worthless expensive food and terrible rude staff. this place is not worth even a minute of your time. horrible overcrowded rooftop with a hopeless management having no clue. they dont value the customers once you pre book and give them your money

One of the worst places in otherwise wonderful Udaipur. Avoid at all cost. Terrible and rude staff with zero regards to customers and their convenience. They will talk politely till you give them your money, once they have the money then you are like a total stranger begging for space and time. Horrible experience.

Not worth it.
I stayed in this hotel with my family for 3 days and our experience was not that great. Starting with room, it was quite congested and not cleaned properly. Hotel has a rooftop which serves tasteless food and their staff is not properly trained. They are unaware about their inventory and we had to wait for like 1 hour as they were keep coming back with similar responses- No stock.

Very satisfied with my stay at Dheergarh Palce hotel. I have to say Front office Manager - Taha is a very professional and helpful person and throughout our stay he assist us in making sure our stay was comfortable.

The only thing that could be improved is the restaurant. It's ambience is nice but service and choice of food is limited especially for breakfast.

I visited Dheergarh palace with my Famiy and it was a best experience, I have booked a deluxe room and it was a beautiful room with all the amenities, their restaurant moody moon is also a perfect place for dine in.

The hotel is located right in the midst of the main city, so one can access almost all tourist locations extremely conveniently. The staff is courteous, polite, and helpful. They have rooftop restaurants and the night view of city palace from the roof is awesome. Will recommend to stay in kotra haveli and enjoy the city of rajput maharana.
