Super hotel, locatie en personeel.
Pros:

Super locatie. Mooi hotel. Heerlijk ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

We miste een lange spiegel en er zou iets meer licht bij de spiegel van de wastafel kunnen. Maar verder alles top!

Durch die Toplage und das außergewöhnlich freundliche Personal kann ich die Unterkunft empfehlen. Die Mängel sind sicher
Pros:

Toplage, Frühstück gut ( gut wäre es, das warme Getränk erst zu servieren, wenn das Frühstück serviert wird), dadurch das es länger dauert, ist das Getränk kalt oder ausgetrunken um die Wartezeit zu überbrücken.
Das Personal, in allen Bereichen war superfreundlich. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Das Zimmer entspricht nicht der Sternebewertung.
Die Rollos ließen sich nicht bedienen, am Dachflächenfenster war der Griff dermaßen beschädigt, dass wir ihn besser garnicht angefasst haben.
Die Sauberkeit, bei genauem Hinsehen, ließ zu wünschen übrig.
Zimmertür bräuchte mal eine Ausbesserung und die Wände etwas Farbe.

Super vriendelijk personeel, heel lekker ontbijt.

Cons:

Kamers waren hier en daar aan vernieuwing toe en jammer genoeg heel gehorig . Veel lawaai op gang en buiten .

Pros:

Mooie en ruime kamer. In het centrum. Kamer met mooi bad. Koffie en thee op de kamer. Voldoende wasproducten. Goed bed.

Cons:

Goed maar beperkt ontbijt. 1 koffie en 1 fruitsap voorzien in het ontbijt. Een 2de is te betalen.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war auch groß genug. Die Mitarbeiter waren nett.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Es war nichts Besonderes. Auch nur eine Tasse Kaffee gabs dazu. Wir bevorzugen lieber ein Buffet, wo man sein Frühstück selber auswählen kann.
Dias Zimmer sah etwas renovierungsbedürftig aus und die Möbel z.B.Stühle und die Deckelampe waren abgenutzt. Die Steckdosen und die Lampen neben dem Bett funktionierten nicht richtig.

Sehr komfortable, grosse, schöne Zimmer.
Pros:

Lage, Grösse der Zimmer, Style. Unser Zimmer war zum Garten hin gelegen, was uns echt gefallen hat.

Cons:

In der Dusche war der Duschkopf stark verkalkt und bei der Toilette brach der Toilettenpapierhalter.

Fijn voor een nacht midden in Utrecht
Pros:

De locatie met uitzicht op de Domtoren vanaf ons dakterras en het ontbijt waren fantastisch!

Cons:

De afwerking van de kamer was niet top en wat verouderd. Zag er op de foto’s veel mooier uit dus de kamer voldeed niet helemaal aan de verwachtingen.

Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut aber nicht sehr üppig; die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt und die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Cons:

Das ganze Zimmer sollte vom Design vermutlich so sein, hat an vielen Stellen aber schon extrem abgenutzt gewirkt und dadurch sehr schäbig und kühl. Im Nachgang fanden wir den Preis für so ein Zimmer zu viel.

Cons:

Sommige lichten deden het niet. En alle lichtknoppen communiceerde niet met het juiste licht.
Er stonden allerlei zeepjes en crèmes maar geen douche of badschuim
