De vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Het ontbijt was gevarieerd en zeer goed.
De kamer was ruim. Een ruim bed en prima sanitaire voorzieningen. De centrale ligging van het hotel.
We boekten ons verblijf inclusief ontbijt. Als dan wordt verteld dat een tweede kop koffie bij het ontbijt niet in de prijs is opgenomen, vind ik dat niet handig.
Vriendelijk personeel, locatie en mooi hotel
De nacht. Geen oog dicht gedaan vanwege al het lawaai buiten en het raampje dat niet dicht ging.
Die Lage war ideal um Utrechts Alstadt zu erkunden.

Posizione ottima, vicinissima a numerosi locali e ai mezzi di trasporto, davvero comoda per spostarsi. La stanza era ampia e accogliente, e in generale l’albergo è molto carino e curato. Lo staff si è dimostrato sempre gentile e disponibile.
La colazione, pur non essendo un buffet, era comunque ottima, con prodotti di buona qualità; fermandosi una settimana intera diventa forse un po’ ripetitiva, ma il personale era sempre pronto a venire incontro a eventuali richieste diverse.
Riguardo alle campane di cui molti si lamentano: noi le sentivamo appena, e chiudendo le finestre praticamente non si percepivano, così come i rumori della strada, grazie a serramenti molto isolanti.
Il vero punto dolente è stata la pulizia delle stanze, davvero carente per l’intera settimana. Le lenzuola non sono mai state cambiate e i pavimenti erano spesso pieni di polvere e sporco. Abbiamo esplicitamente richiesto un intervento di pulizia, ma è stato fatto solo in modo sommario, senza risolvere il problema. Le uniche a essere cambiate regolarmente, ogni giorno, erano le salviette.
Nel complesso, a parte questo aspetto, l’esperienza è stata positiva e lo consiglierei, ma su questo punto l’albergo dovrebbe sicuramente migliorare.
Lage, herzliches Personal, sehr grosses Zimmer - freistehende Badewanne am Fenster mit Himmelblick… superbequemes Riesenbett. Wahnsinns Frühstück!
