Great value and very friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The room was newly renovated and the bed was so comfortable it was like sleeping on a cloud

Pros:

Clean and comfortable daily service except didnt check to well we had 2 tea bags for our 3 night stay.

Cons:

Think it would be better with a microwave at least it was a bit noisy being at the back of a pub.

Good Housekeeping, but Major Comfort Issues Due to Room Placement
Pros:

What I liked:
The room was clean and generally well presented. The bathroom looked modern and had supplied shampoo, conditioner, and body scrub, which were appreciated. Despite the issues, the overall tidiness of the room showed good housekeeping standards.

Cons:

What I didn’t:
Our room was positioned directly beside the pub’s outdoor smokers’ zone. The only window faced the smokers’ entry, and the bathroom’s vented window opened into the smoking area and couldn’t be closed, leading to limited privacy and smoke drifting in. Realistically, this room shouldn’t be allocated to guests in its current location. Several maintenance issues also impacted the stay: multiple ceiling lights were faulty, a bedside lamp had a loose fixture, the mattress felt worn with ageing springs, and the fridge—despite containing water and milk—wasn’t turned on.

Noisy when busy.
Pros:

Being behind the pub and it being a Motorsport weekend there were some noisy cars and people there. On the second night there was people hanging around and shouting like it was a domestic fight happening but not sure if they were guests and this was at 3 am

The room was very comfortable and in a great location, a little pricy but worth it

Location, cleanliness, was very comfortable, good heating, the kettle was small enough to fill up in the sink, bottled cold water, onsite restaurant

Pros:

We loved the modern rooms and how incredibly comfortable the beds were. Everything our family needed was provided, and everyone kept talking about the huge showerhead! :-)

Cons:

The noise from other guests and patrons in the bar area was overwhelming. It was so loud that it felt like we were in the same room as them, making it difficult to relax or have a conversation.
