A really great place to catch up on some sleep before hitting the beach!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was lovely. The beds were good and the shower worked a treat. Loved the hot chocolate and biscuits in our room

Pros:

Facilities were incredible for the money, staff were lovely.

Cons:

Shower pressure turned the whole bathroom into a wet room, quite a few cobwebs around in my room and bathroom.

Pros:

Evening meals very good. Pork belly and lamb shanks very tender in outstanding source. Big double bedroom with view of extensive grounds. Staff very friendly. Will return

Great place for a quick stopover to explore the region, or break up the drive to Cornwall.
Pros:

Plenty of open space and pool/spa facilities. On-site restaurant and bar are great and very handy. Full breakfast available.

Comfortable sleep, great evening menu, and good leisure facilities!
Pros:

Very spacious and good leisure facilitates. Beds and rooms were comfortable.

Cons:

The pool area could have had a little more cleaning. The floor around the hot tub was very mucky and a dirty nappy had been left-not the hotels fault. It would have been nice to have adult only time at the pool but it was never so busy the kids got in the way. I’ve stayed at other spas where there are no kids allowed before 10am and after 6pm. Just offers a little more peace.

Sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, veraltete Zimmer.
Pros:

Das Frühstück hat die Erwartungen erfüllt.

Cons:

Die Zimmer versprühen den Charme der 60er Jahre, ein Teppichboden sollte nicht mehr sein. Die Zimmer gehören gründlich überarbeitet und der heutigen Zeit angepasst.

Was not planning a solo stay but felt very comfortable doing so and enjoyed my short stay.
Pros:

Staff very friendly and approachable, good location even if Google maps took me an hour out of way on the "scenic route."

Nice peaceful location. Helpful staff. Nice pools and not busy. Comfortable

Rooms were too warm in the hot weather. Better ventilation would be good/fans. Fridge in room to chill water etc.

Hôtel dans un coin calme, un personnel au petit soin, un domaine assez grand et des espaces communs agréables.
Très grand parking et un restaurant très bon.
Petit déjeuner varié, britannique comme européen.

Cons:

Chambre double un peu petite.
Certains espaces nécessiteraient des rénovations.

Excellent! We really enjoyed our stay here and came away feeling like we had had a real treat!
Pros:

Had such a great time staying here. The staff were friendly and courteous and attentive. The hotel is spacious inside and set in beautiful grounds. The dinner menu had all my favourites and the food was excellent - I would stay here just for the dinner! Breakfast was really good too, one of the best we've had. We didn't use the spa or the other leisure facilities as we spent our days at the nearby beach but they all look great. We will definitely be coming back for another stay.

Will be back, next time I will book at Spa day to make full use of the facilities

Quiet surroundings, staff were very attentive and smartly dressed
I had a facial during my stay which was very relaxing and therapist was excellent

Cons:

Bedroom was very hot due to extreme weather. Windows were closed on arrival and no fan was available when enquiry was made at Reception
