basic alles goed bevonden
Pros:

alles was basic maar voldeed volledig , hebben er al meerdere keren geslapen , zeer vriendelijk en goed ontbijt zeker aan te raden ook voor parking geen probleem

Voordelige keus, maar verwacht geen 4 sterren accomodatie.
Pros:

De ontvangst door de eigenaar is vriendelijk en hij is zeker behulpzaam.
Ontbijt is er in ruime mate met veel keus.

Cons:

Hotel is gedateerd en veel zaken zijn naar vervanging of upgrade toe. Bijvoorbeeld in de badkamer is het handdoeken rek roestig en ontbreekt op de strotbak van het toilet het doortrekknopje. Ook miste ik een stapcontact in de buurt van het bed voor het aansluiten van mijn telefoon.
De bar van het Hotel is niet meer echt in gebruik.

De prijs voor de kamer is echt goedkoop en zelfs inclusief ontbijt
Pros:

De eigenaar was zeer vriendelijk , ontbijt was goed . Eigenaar komt je koffie brengen

Cons:

Erg gedateerd hotel wat ruim over de datum van renovatie is, op de foto’s bij Booking.com staat een bar en algemene lounge maar is niet open helaas

Teleurstellend voor deze prijs
Pros:

Het bed zelf, qua matras, sliep wel goed. Nadat we de dekens en de vieze sierkussens hadden opzijgelegd, zaten er wel propere witte lakens onder.
Locatie redelijk centraal, wandelafstand van waar wij moesten zijn.

Cons:

Dit hotel stonk naar de sigarettenrook, inclusief op de kamer. Op de vensterbank in de kamer lag nog een assenbak mét peuk en in de gedeelde 'lounge' stond achter de bar ook een vuile assenbak binnen,
Alle delen die wij doorkruisten hebben nood aan een grondige(!) poetsbeurt, vernieuwing en onderhoudswerken: afgebladerde verf op tegels, op plinten, kapotte en vuile deken op een 'klik-klak' 3rde bed dat nog in de kamer stond en de toegang tot het raam blokkeerde, onbekende vlekken op de 'sierkussens', gordijnen 10 cm te kort, versleten décor, vergeelde stickers & tape, enz. De foto's spreken voor zich, de geur moet je erbij denken.
Wij voelden ons echt bedot qua prijs/kwaliteit, zelfs een vriendelijke gerant maakt dit niet goed.

Bart was an amazing host! He was incredibly hospitable, kind, and made us feel very welcome from the very beginning. He’s a genuinely good person and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. I would definitely recommend him to anyone – you’ll feel right at home!

Goof hotel in a good location. Very good host.
Pros:

This hotel is on a good location both for the train station and the town centre, both are about a 10 min walk away. Bart, the host, was very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for you.
The room was a good size and was clean and comfortable.
There was a good selection for breakfast and you weren't rushed.

Cons:

Nothing.

Prettig rustig verblijf met vriendelijke eigenaar, prima prijs kwaliteit en zou er weer heen gaan
Pros:

Erg vriendelijke eigenaar, legde alles keurig uit over de pasjes en de kamers, vroeg wat onze ontbijttijd voorkeur was en 's morgens of we buiten het al uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet nog een extra omeletje of iets anders zouden willen.

Kamer was keurig opgemaakt, niets op aan te merken, schone bedden en handdoeken was gewoon prima.

Ottima posizione, ma qualche ritocco è necessario.
Pros:

Ottima posizione tranquilla ma comunque centrale, comodo alla strada principale dove ci sono alcuni ristoranti.
Camera spaziosa, letto comodo, parcheggio comodo.

Cons:

Purtroppo nella hall e ai piani c'era un forte fastidioso odore di fumo (non so chi fumasse all'interno), che riusciva ad entrare nella stanza e non era per niente piacevole, non essendo io un fumatore.
Sicuramente le stanze hanno bisogno di essere un pochino rinnovate, soprattutto il bagno.
Nella mia camera, essendo l'ultima del corridoio, non arrivava la rete wifi.
