Ευχάριστη και χαλαρή για ξεκούραστες διακοπές
Pros:

Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο καθαρό, ανακαινισμένο, πολύ καλή τοποθεσία κοντά στην κεντρική πλατεία. Περιποιημένο φρέσκο πρωινό, καθαρό και άνετο δωμάτιο όλο το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό. Η Nazeli στην υποδοχή μας έχει βοηθήσει πάρα πολύ σε ότι χρειαζόμασταν μας συμβούλευε με χαμόγελο την ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ για όλα είναι σωστή επαγγελματίας.

Ευγενικοί, Τοποθεσία.

Cons:

Περισσότερη διακριτικότητά από προσωπικό στους μεταξύ τούς διαλόγους κάποτε ή μάλλον συχνά φώναζαν η γελούσαν δυνατά, με αποτέλεσμα να κεντρίζουν την προσοχή των παρευρισκομένων.
Όμως OK πιθανό να είναι έτσι στην κουλτούρα τούς 😀.

L'Armenia è bellissima
Pros:

Posizione molto centrale.
Personale disponibile e cordiale e ti organizzano anche i diversi tour in giro per l'Armenia.
Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l'Armenia è bellissima.

Don't recommend to choose this hotel

Position of the hotel is perfect!

Cons:

We stayed for 3 nights in a junior suite, and it was not the experience we expected from a five-star hotel.

The heating in the room did not work. For the first two nights, the room was cold. At reception, we were told that the heating is only on at night. During our stay, the temperature in the room did not go above 20°C. After my request, we were given a portable heater.

Instead of trash bin in the room, there was a plastic bag hanging on a cabinet door.

Minibar - nothing...

the location is good. Breakfast also good.

Cons:

The photos don't correspond to reality. The room they provided was very small, not like the photo. It was so noisy that we couldn't sleep at night. We could hear children screaming in the hallway, cars driving outside, and the window shaking at times. The pool is a paid service and is not included in the price of the stay. Men are not allowed in it. The staff had a problem with me driving my car twice a day; they apparently took advantage of the difficulty opening and closing the gate. The towels in the room were not changed after the first night.
