Mijn verblijf was prettig, comfortabel en dankzij het vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel voelde ik mij welkom en goed

Ik was enorm onder de indruk van uw medewerkster Nazeli. Op een dag vroeg ik haar of zij mij kon helpen met het wisselen van 5000 dram voor de betaling van een taxi. Daarop haalde zij 1000 dram uit haar eigen portemonnee en bood mij aan dit geld te gebruiken, met de opmerking dat ik het later kon teruggeven.

In deze tijd, waarin mensen niet altijd bereid zijn elkaar belangeloos te helpen, heeft dit gebaar mij diep geraakt. Haar vriendelijkheid, behulpzaamheid en oprechte wens om anderen te helpen maakten veel indruk op mij.

Daarnaast hielp Nazeli mij altijd op een zeer professionele manier wanneer ik een taxi moest bestellen. Zij liep met mij mee naar buiten, hielp mij bij het instappen en zwaaide mij uit. Dankzij haar aandachtige en zorgzame houding voelde ik mij altijd veilig en op mijn gemak.

Nazeli is een bijzonder warme, vriendelijke en zorgzame medewerkster. Mensen zoals zij creëren een sfeer van vertrouwen en menselijkheid, en haar inzet verdient de hoogste waardering. Ik ben haar oprecht dankbaar voor haar aandacht, steun en menselijke betrokkenheid.

Cons:

Over het algemeen ben ik zeer tevreden over deze accommodatie. Er zijn geen belangrijke punten die mij niet bevielen.

they charged us for 5 start and it was hardly 3 start.
Pros:

The girl at reception Husmik , I guess her name, was helpful. Otherwise everything was so basic they charged us for 5 start and it was hardly 3 start …. Very sad

Cons:

We booked for yerevan resident hotel and paid very high price because they say its 5 star hotel ( though its hardly 3 star anyway) but when we reached and paid a huge amount they gave us stay in hotel connected to it which is shirak hotel. Though shirak hotel itself had very less rate than yerevan resident hotel . So they both hotel making people fool by booking as saying yerevan resident hotel booking as 5 star hotel and give stays in shirak hotel . Shirak hotel is 3 star itself and they call themselves 4 start as well … so both hotels are scamming together. And both hotels are hardly hardly 3 start . Rooms are just fine , washrooms are very small and no facilities at room such ss water bottles, tea coffee etc. if you need they charge for these things , even for water bottles. So overall it was very over normal experience. We paid for 5 star hotel and got nothing such in return…. Sad :(

Nicht empfehlenswert!
Cons:

Kein Kaffee- Kaffeemaschine kaputt.
Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer bei +30c draußen, da auch kaputt.
Rechnung per Hand vom Hotel ausgefüllt und einen anderen Hotel Namen angegeben

It was dirty, ripped sheets, dusty room, beds, tables, tv stand and night stand. Seems like room was not occupied for about a year or so. Poor breakfast with old vegetables

Больше в этом отеле останавливаться не буду

Неплохое месторасположение, близость к центру города

Cons:

Очень старая мебель в номере, номер расположен на 12 этаже в другом здании , принадлежащем другому отелю. Удобства минимальные, телевизор не настроен, Wi-Fi работает плохо
