No me ha gustado nada. El desayuno escaso y poco variadom
Todo, para olvidarse de la estancia Nos hicieron pagar los 5 días nada más llegar antes de darnos la habitación y con exigencias. La habitación pequeñísima. La ropa de cama de un gastado y de una calidad malísima así como las toallas. No había luz junto a la cama para poder leer la iluminación era muy deficiente y además de los 3 focos uno estaba fundido. Cuando llegamos no funcionaba el aire acondicionada llame varias veces a recepción pero como no contestaban tuve que bajar para que mandaran un operario a a arreglarlo. Un día nos fuimos por la mañana a eso de las 10 y a las 9 de la noche cuando volvimos no habían arreglado la habitación las camas sin hacer, nunca nos había pasado nada igual. Dijimos en recepción que por favor nos pidieran un taxi y nos dijeron que saliéramos a la calle que pasaban muchos, lo que no era cierto. El personal antipático y maleducado.En fin una experiencia nefasta
Conveniently located in the city center. Spacious rooms. Clean bathroom. Polite and friendly staff. Simple but good breakfast. All the vegetables are fresh.
The air conditioning isn't working properly. This might be a concern in August. They forgot to change the towels once, but they fixed it right after I called. The shower fittings are faulty.

Bed was comfortable, the room was clean
The AC did not work and I was given a ground floor room. The breakfast (not a biggie for me) was extremely poor but in line with other Yerevan hotels.

We booked a room at the Yerevan Resident Hotel but when we got there, they had switched us to a room in the adjacent hotel Shirak, which was not good. The internet was not working the whole four nights we were there , there were basically no amenities being replenished as described in the website( water , toiletries , etc..) and we had to ask to have the room clean or it was not being done. So essentially we paid for a really nice hotel but got an old room instead, albeit a much bigger one. Definitely not the experience we were hoping for so i actually cannot rate the Yerevan Resident hotel since we did not stay there,. The women at the front desk however was extremely nice.

The location was good.
The room had a persistent unpleasant smell, which was probably coming from the sewage system. The furniture and the bathroom were generally old and outdated. One of the lights kept flickering constantly, which was very annoying. The duvet was far too small for two people to cover themselves comfortably.
