Very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The location was convenient, and the breakfast eggs were the only good part of the breakfast.

Cons:

This hotel does not deserve five stars. The room was dirty, the bathroom faucet was broken so I couldn’t take a shower, there was no glass or tissue paper in the room, and the breakfast quality was poor except for the eggs. The staff and manager were unhelpful and showed no responsibility when I reported the problems. If you are paying for a five-star hotel, you should expect much better service and maintenance. Future guests should carefully inspect the room before accepting it.

I would not recommend this hotel. Yerevan has many better hotel options, such as Opera Suite Hotel and Nova Hotel
Pros:

The only good thing with this hotel was the location and the breakfasts staff. Everything else was very bad!

Cons:

Everything else was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable, and the room was poorly maintained. Most of the staff were rude and unhelpful, with the exception of the breakfast staff, who were the only friendly and welcoming people at the hotel.

We had informed the hotel in advance that we would need a parking space upon arrival, but the parking staff were incredibly rude and unpleasant. Overall, the service and experience fell far below our expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Yerevan has many better hotel options, such as Opera Suite Hotel and Nova Hotel.

Нам разрешили выехать без оплаты и штрафо

Cons:

Приехала я беременная с ребёнком, и нам отдали последний номер на первом этаже. За окнами сразу вплотную стояли генераторы кондиционеров, закрывающие все наши окна. Не открыть ни занавески, ни окно. За 100 евро ночь. Мы поехали в другой отель, где за такие же деньги мы получили шикарную локацию, 5 этаж, угловой номер, с видом на каскад, Мать Армению и телебашню и солнце в номере

Situación del hotel en excelente lugar. En mi caso las vistas al monte Ararat eran increíbles. El personal de recepción encantadores y muy resolutivos.

Cons:

La limpieza de las habitaciones lamentable. No cambian apenas las toallas ni sábanas. El desayuno escaso de variedad

Great location, forget the rest
Pros:

Located near some parks and close to Republican square, location wise this hotel is a 10/10
The rooms were clean as well

Cons:

I had a late night check in and the staff didn't seem very welcoming. I barely got greeted, and the wifi was non existent. The tv didn't have wifi either and the curtains couldn't close properly. For 90 euros a night I expected more

Хорошее расположение, вид из окна

Cons:

1. Во первых непонятно какой ресепшн, гоняют с одного в другой, так как они при отеле другом
2. Фото номера и реальность совсем не совпадают
3. Высокая цена для данного варианта
4. ГРЯЗНО, ковровые покрытия грязные в пятнах, разводах.
5. Выбрала кровать 2х стальную, это были 2 односпальные кровати соединенные с огромным промежутком между матрасами
6. Персонал - это односпальная история:
Будний день - понедельник, иду на завтрак (он у них с 8), захожу в 07:55 и на меня начинает орать женщина, что еще завтрак не готов.
Я снова в 08:00 пытаюсь покушать (мне улететь в 08:30). Она продолжает орать, бухтеть, бубнеть. В итоге я уехала не дождавшись
