Сервис не самый лучший, максимум 3 звезды. Уборка была не тщательной, в номере сыро, запах сырости в душе встретил нас при заселении, также не открывалась дверь, кружка была только одна, свет работал не весь, душ протекал.

Everything was clean.

Cons:

The pool is only for woman and you must pay extra if you want to go.
The breakfast is very poor and the food is not good. Most of the food was old. The appetizers were dry. I think they were cut the day before.

Pros:

Отель-пристройка к соседнему отелю Ширак 3*. Отель по факту на одном этаже.
Местоположение хорошее, в отеле было в целом чисто при заселении, хороший завтрак, разнообразный и плотный, варят кофе по восточному при желании. В целом было комфортно.

Cons:

Но это далеко не 5 звезд, 3+ или 4-
1) при заселении было сломано освещение в двух номерах, мастер пришел сделала тока одном и то не до конца, больше не приходили.
2) не было воды при заселении, принесли по просьбе
3) халаты тоже пришлось просить и то странно было не сразу принесли и поняли, что хотим, хотя по русски все говорят отлично в стране
4) в один день не было уборки, пришлось снова просить, но после убирались ежедневно (надеюсь была накладка)
5) в ванной протекала вода из кабины, явно требует ремонта
Ощущалось что в соседнем Шираке сервис выше, хотя цены на номера там вроде ниже. Хотя могу ошибаться.
