Liked · Liked · The location was amazing! Just a few minutes walk to the Sunnegga station and close to the village. We arrived to Zermatt by train and when we called the hotel 15 minutes before arrival, someone from Schönegg came to pick us and our luggages up and brought us to the hotel. Spa was amazing and we enjoyed the hot tub and sauna after skiing all day. The fettuccine at the Infinity Terrace hotel restaurant was one of my favorite dishes from our trip in Zermatt! Housekeeping kept us well taken care of during our stay. We will definitely be coming back :)

Cons:

The pillows and mattresses could be better. Both my husband and I found that the mattress was a bit hard and the pillows had very little support. It would flatten like a pancake within minutes of placing your head down.
