Pros:

Location, good service, good breakfast. Free washer and drier self service a bonus. Clean and friendly.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike, but if you don't speak Chinese, Google translate is useful. However, staff did try hard to communicate with us.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo, la stanza era grande e ci hanno anche fatto un upgrade gratuito. La colazione in camera abbondante e personalizzabile

L'hotel è chiaramente datato e le 5 stelle dichiarate sono poco aderenti alla realtà. Molti mobili e sedie erano sporchi e c'erano dei residui di muffa sulla vasca da bagno. Lo staff ha fatto di tutto per essere gentile ma parlando pochissimo inglese è stato complicato comprenderci. Al momento del pagamento se non avessi configurato WeChatPay non saremmo riusciti a pagare dato che nessuno dei 4 POS che avevano prendeva carte di credito e non avevano AliPay

Lovely older style hotel. Good sized rooms, free laundry, large, grand, dining room. Opposite park.

Cons:

There is a lot of construction happening right outside the front door. Work is still in progress after midnight, and sadly, jackhammers are going at 7am.

Disappointed with the service at the front desk. Will not visit this hotel again!!!

Badly maintained - smoke smell in room & public area. Toilet door cannot close. Aircond not cold.
The restaurant was closed for repairs during my stay without prior notice although i paid for the breakfast during booking.
I was ask to pick up packed breakfast at the reception. As i need to leave for airport early morning, the packed breakfast was not ready even at 7am.

Pros:

Lobby was lovely breakfast good, but definitely aimed at Asian customers. Very little for western pallets. Great projector TV in the room. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

Rooms tired and walls cracked. Bathroom door coming off rails (barn style doors). No fridge or cool box in the room.

The friendly staff saved otherwise what was an uncomfortable stay.

Cons:

Though ours was a non-smoking room, the smokey smell was still everywhere. There were also people smoking blatantly in the lift and lobby.
