Malo el desayuno. Poca variedad y no había reposición

Cons:

Pagué R$ 111 de diferencia por una habitación de super lujo, respecto de otra de lujo, y eran prácticamente iguales. No valía la pena la diferencia

O que mais me impressionou foi a hospitalidade e atenção do Alisson - funcionário muito dedicado!
Achei o café da manhã gostoso, com boa variedade.

Cons:

O quarto super luxo é apertado, o piso inadequado (frio e de pedras pequenas … parecendo ambiente de cozinha). Falta aconchego no quarto.

Eviten ser estafados por este hotel con cucarachas.
Pros:

Arríbanos pasada la medianoche con niños. Sin motivo alguno y sin posibilidades de conseguir otro alojamiento a esa hora un violento en la recepción nos cobró el doble de lo establecido en la reserva. FUIMOS ESTAFADOS un un hotel sucio y hasta con cucarachas. Un asco.

Equipe muito atenciosa. Hotel situado no centro da cidade, garagem com fácil acesso. Acomodações limpas e confortáveis. Café da manhã excelente! Voltaremos.

Limpeza ok e localização ok.

Cons:

Na hora do check out, veio uma camareira com uma toalha de rosto "suja de batom" alegando que eu sujei. Fiz cirurgia de câncer de pele e não estava usando maquiagem e, mesmo que estivesse, não justifica a cobrança de 60,00!!! Reclamei, falei que não recebi as regras do hotel, me senti muito mal, pois não sujei toalha nenhuma!!! Acabaram " diminuindo" o valor para 30,00 e fui forçada a pagar. Não é pelo valor, mas pelo desconforto e falta de educação com o hóspede!!! A tal gerente que me fez pagar a taxa nunca apareceu, mesmo eu tendo pedido pra falar com ela. Enfim, jamais me hospedarei novamente e não recomendo o hotel caverá!!!
