Always a warm welcome. Staff are all excellent, greeted with a smile from reception to dining to departure.
Lovely hot shower, fluffy towels, comfy bed, good hospitality tray, extensive menu choices and great food.
Slightly bigger Tv maybe.

The way the manager dealt with an unusual issue that adversely affected our stay was outstanding. We could not have wished for a better outcome as he handled the situation promptly with care, compassion and respect.
Always a delight to stay at Craigielaw Golf Club. Comfortable, kept spotlessly clean by the amazing housekeeping team, really friendly staff and a peaceful, relaxing environment! The restaurant is very good, with wonderful views. Breakfasts are more than adequate with something for everyone. I love it - despite not being a golfer!
There's nothing to dislike at Craigielaw, in my opinion!
Accommodated our needs as asked. Room perfect as were facilities. Location excellent. Staff very pleasant making our stay enjoyable.
No water provided in rooms but plenty tea coffee etc.
Lovely, friendly staff. Great location and view. Also good food in the restaurant.

Great staff. Beautiful outlook to beach etc
All good
The location works for us and the golf is a bonus. The views from the rooms and restaurant are great at any time of the day. Parking is plentiful. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast format has changed in recent years. It used to be served at the table but has now switched to a buffet. This is generally OK but on 1 morning, it was not replenished regularly and quite a few guests were complaining. The tureens were not really warm so waiting for new items meant the food already on plates went cold very quickly. This is a pity because everything else was so good!
Clean, comfortable and plenty of parking. Our room was spacious and had a great view of the Firth of Forth. Great value for money.
