An 'ok' location if only a night is needed.
Pros:

A reasonable hotel. The swimming area would have been excellent in hot weather.

Cons:

The hotel was overpriced for its location and general maintenance.
The toilet had a leak, one of the wall sockets was loose, the duvet wasn't large enough for the bed, and needed replacing as the existing one had been used before, and the breakfast was minimalist though adequate.
There were no family rooms that have a separate bed, necessitating having an unnecessary separate room for our daughter in a different 'house', which ultimately doubled the cost, making the overall price way over what was provided under the circumstance.
The staff were very helpful however and coped well with our concerns.

it was very hard to communicate- the staff could not speak English at all, and breakfast we had to skip due to only star

it has n nice setup and have a cozy atmosphere

Cons:

parking in the street was scary, the bath tub leaked a lot of water on the floor.
