I had worst stay ever.
Pros:

I did not like anything

Cons:

It was the worst stay. The bed sheet was covered with red spots. There were hairs all over blanket and bed. The room was not cleaned at all. The wifi was not working. The towels provided were already used.

This place was extremely disappointing, from arrival we expected a lot more. we booked a villa and an apartment, the amenities were not restocked. No soap, shampoo & conditioner had less than half a bottle, hot water was non existent. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all and was offered a sim which was good but for one person when there was 5 people staying? You could clearly see that the place is lacking support and is dire need of a refresh, dust everywhere it’s like they didn’t bother to clean any main parts. In regards to the Villa (with the pool) the main door didn’t work, we needed to contact reception and every time we wanted to enter our room, they would only bring the master key and not offer another key card for the guest. There seemed to be a key that was stuck inside the door, not good. A/C didn’t work in one of the rooms. It’s a shame because the place could be stunning if they did the upkeep. overall I was not impressed with Palm Villa, pictures all look great but until you step on-site you realise it’s not worth it at all.

Comfortable,trendy, perfect place to get off to airport early.
Pros:

Extremely friendly reception, very cool environment. Would make a great group party venue.
Local food menu was exceptionally good.

Cons:

Only the electrics not quite up to standard! otherwise a brilliant ambiance!

Our time there was great, if not for the few minor issues it would have been perfect.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, an absolute pleasure. Quiet place only 20 minutes from the Golden Temple, amazing. Beautiful rooms. Gardens were amazing, an oasis in the middle of Amritsar.

Cons:

Hot water only last 5 minutes before running out, wi-fi was at the maximum range, kept dropping out. Needs a booster. No refrigerator in the room.
