Very comfortable and well prepared stay. The staff was outstanding and very helpful, kind and caring working as a team the whole time.
Soap dispensers should be checked always to make sure that they’re filled in each if the rooms as well as paper products.
The rooms were very spacious and looked exactly as the photos advertised (if not better!)

Le restaurant est vraiment top, les plats excellents. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel un peu excentré dans le sud de l’île car nous devions arriver en ferry mais il a été annulé 3 jours avant. Le cadre est très joli.

Location was beautiful , bed and linens were lovely, really comfortable . Joanne was great, couldn’t do enough for us under the circumstances. It’s needing a paint, the halls were very marked.
They don’t have a generator, which is a bit mad considering Skye’s weather. There was a storm while we were there, so no electricity, no heating, no hot water, no hot food.

No communication. We weren’t told the doors would be locked so couldn’t get in when we returned at 9pm. Breakfast was mouldy bread and the manager pretended not to be on site and still hasn’t called me to discuss a refund as promised. Booking.com totally useless and unable to help. Keep advising me to talk to the property. THERE IS NO ONE TO TALK TO!!

Location
No breakfast due to staff sickness. No backup plan in place. Could have given us a continental breakfast as no chelf on duty. Not even tea or coffee was offered. Indicated a refund was coming for the lack of breakfast. I wounder how much !!!
