Pros:

Friendley staff, excellent location close to river Rhein, beautiful furniture in historic style.

Cons:

No proper curtains ( room was only dark when it was dark outside but not during daylight hours)
Dust in a few corners, otherrwise very clean.

Buena presión de agua en la ducha

Cons:

No había ni flujo de aire ni ventilador, las camas no tan cómodas, caliente la estancia, televisión vieja y no servía la señal de televisión, desayuno muy muy básico por el precio. Si se quiere usar para descansar se queda corto el lugar.

Pros:

Das Zimmer hatte alles, was man benötigt. Das Bett war sehr gut und fast schon ein Dppelbet - wirklich viel PLatz. Vom Zimmer mit Blick auf den Rhein, was aber nicht so wichtig war, da das zum Hotel dazugehörige restaurant eine tolle Terrasse zum Rhein hin hat. Und das essen war hervorragend.... auch das Frühstück war bestens. Jederzeit wieder!

Wunderschönes Kleinod direkt am Rhein
Sehr gemütliches Zimmer mit kleiner Terrasse (Rheinblick)
Schöne Ausstattung im Innen und Außenbereich.... Gastronomie sehr gut.
Alles wunderbar.

Not what we thought we booked based on online pictures

Room was not clean. Cobwebs everywhere. Mold in shower and floor not mopped or swept. No smoke alarms. No locks on room doors. Not the rooms we thought we rented (from the pictures on the website). Staff member was yelling on phone to someone when we arrived. Finally got help from someone else to be able to check in. Tired to get clean towels, was told no, not until the morning. Tried to ask a question about morning coffee and was told ‘we are closed’ - even though we were hotel guests (not someone walking in off the street). The only ‘happy’ person we found there was at checkout. They said thank you when we returned the keys.
