Première halte aux Togeans
Pros:

Irina est formidable, très attentive à notre bien-être, toujours de bon conseil. Très belle rencontre. Les repas sont copieux et variés.

Pros:

An incredibly beautiful small beach.
If you need a total escape, this might be a good location. Bring a friend or a book, since there's not much else to do.

Cons:

Rat's (or some other critter's) droppings in the cottage in the mornings.
And since I was the only guest, I ran out of things to do.
Also WiFi wasn't working.

Simple, Authentic, and Perfect!

Sunset Beach is an amazing place for those looking for a real, authentic experience. The bungalows are basic, but the location is unbeatable. Irina, the owner, is absolutely wonderful. Great food, great atmosphere, and excellent value for money. Highly recommended if you love simplicity and nature.

Pros:

emplacement magnifique mais hotel totalement vetuste laissé à l'abandon. Pas de wifi comme annoncé sur booking.com ni internet. Électricité défaillante avec une batterie 12v. Le personnel qui vous accueille est très gentil mais vous laisse seul de 19h00 à 6h00 du matin. Repas pas terrible. Et il n'y a rien à faire sauf, voir passer les bateaux, contempler la mer et le coucher de soleil. Avis aux amateurs. A fuir si vous êtes seul

Presque tout sauf le coucher de soleil magnifique et la gentillesse de nawa et milton malheureusement très peu présents

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt - hat die besten Zeiten hinter sich - schöner Sonnenuntergang

Uns wurde auf Bitte eine Kerze gebracht
Hängematte auf der Veranda
Sonnenuntergang war wirklich außergewöhnlich schön

Cons:

Wir haben generell nichts gegen Hunde aber die 10 Stück auf dem doch eher recht überschaubaren Strandbereich, waren uns nicht geheuer.
Die Lage ist für Sonnenuntergänge zwar schön aber der Strand liegt an einer viel befahrenen Wasserstraße.
Bungalow fällt nach vorn ab, bricht wohl bald auseinander, wenn da nix mehr dran gemacht wird
Elektrik mangelhaft. In Indonesien ohnehin leicht andere Qualität aber die Autobatterie- Versorgung für Handyladen und Licht war abenteuerlich.
Wasser riecht stark, liegt aber wohl eher am Grundwasser selbst.
Großer Müllberg im hinteren Bereich.
Wir hatten Ratten/Mäuse im Raum, die uns in den Kulturbeutel gekackt und gepinkelt haben. Das hat nicht für Wohlbehagen gesorgt sodass wir finanziell ungeplant auf der Suche nach einem Ersatz am nächsten Morgen geflüchtet sind

Nachts hatte man Besuch von allerlei Getier.

Non va bene
Pros:

Capisco che la proprietaria sia da sola a gestire tutto però così è troppo. Lei è una persona gentile e disponibile ma mi spiace dirlo ma mancano le basilari condizioni igieniche e di sicurezza per avere una permanenza tranquilla.

Cons:

Capisco che siamo alle Togean e spesso non c'è l'acqua corrente, però forse andrebbe indicato in questi casi in quanto la cosa provoca non pochi problemi. Lavarsi con le tinozze di acqua dolce non è semplice e per nulla igienico. Il problema fondamentale è la mancanza di acqua corrente anche in cucina per cui ora al rientro in Italia ci ritroviamo con un batterio intestinale che stiamo combattendo con antibiotici. La struttura in generale è in sostanza abbandonata a se stessa, i bungalow non hanno zanzariere, sono completamente aperti alla mercé degli animali della giungla che di notte possono entrare e rovistare tra le creme e farmaci. Potrei andare avanti ma mi fermo qui.

Disponibilità e vicinanza a Wakai
Pros:

Disponibilità di Irina, sempre pronta ad aiutare, i prezzi competitivi per le escursioni, vicinanza a Wakai. Luogo perfetto per chi deve prendere traghetto e vuole vedere il lago delle meduse non urticanti, Karina beach ecc.

Basic Unterkunft an schönem Strand
Pros:

Schöner Strand, Schnorcheln ok, feines Essen, sehr nette Besitzerin.

Cons:

Mann muss sich bewusst sein, dass es sehr basic ist (Matratze am Boden und etwas in die Jahre gekommene Bungalows). Strom immer möglich von Autobatterie. Laden der Elektrogeräte in unserem Bungalow war nicht möglich.

Super séjour sur les îles Togeans, déconnexion totale avec le reste du monde.
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'hospitalité de notre hôte : Irina. Elle était aux petits soins avec nous et très arrangeante concernant les excursions, repas, ect... La plage est privée et très belle avec de très beaux couchers de soleil. Les repas sont excellents. Les cabanes sont dans leur jus mais parfaites pour une expérience de Robinson Crusoe sur une île déserte.

Cons:

Il y avait pas mal d'insectes dans les chambres mais Irina a fait le nécessaire pour nous fournir des bombes anti insecticide quand nous en avions besoin.

The property is beautiful and kept very clean by Irina as well as the other employees. It’s essentially your own private beach, can’t ask for anything more! The views are absolutely beautiful and other areas/tourist destinations are easily accessible via local boats.

Paradise
Pros:

Everything. Great food, lovely host, beach dogs, fresh local fruits and vegetables and fish. Amazing to watch the sea change every day. You can also check out the local village from here, not as a tour, just to go get supplies and pick up internet from their tower. I’d recommend this place combined with Kadidiri Paradise, a few days in each, to get the full perspective of the islands.

Cons:

This is really as close as you can get nowadays to living with nature, Robinson Crusoe style, so expect bugs and beasts. Not a problem for me but not everyone’s kind of place if you need modern comforts.

Pros:

The staff was friendly.

Cons:

We do not mind basic conditions but this is just to expensive for the poor quality which you receive. There is only saltwater to shower with and the huts are in a poor condition. We booked for three nights but left after one.

Just paradise
Pros:

Absolutely fell in love with this place. Only stayed one night and snorkeled a lot on the housereef which was perfect. Not much to do, just be in your own little private island paradise. Very easy to be in contact with, the son took care of all our questions beforehand how to get there etc. Got a very warm welcome at the port, got greeted by 9 lovely dogs at the beach arriving. Bats everywhere at night, very cool to see. Do not expect luxury since you stay in a beach bungalow anyway, yet we got electricity from a battery which is a funny sight but very useful. Hammocks are great for an afternoon nap. The cat is also good company. One of my best stays ever.

Cons:

I am a picky eater and was struggling with the fresh fish on your plate for dinner, my boyfriend loved it though the island experience. Pancakes on the other hand were delicious!
