Allzeit präsent: Musiktheater REX und Gästehaus PRÄSENZHOF
Pros:

Mit einem wohlgemerkt, Gästehaus, was keine 24stündige Rezeption beinhaltet, in der mittleren Preiskategorie habe ich auf meinen bisherigen Reisen durch Deutschland und auch Österreich, kaum etwas vergleichbar gutes gefunden.
Die Lage zu meinem Veranstaltungsort, hier das Fabriktheater REX, war optimal, der Weg zum Bahnhof quasi ein Katzensprung und am Haus selbst und dem freundlichen und zugewandten Personal gilt es, nur Lob zu verteilen.
Sollte ich nochmals ein Konzert im Bensheimer REX besuchen, wäre das auf jeden Fall mit einem Aufenthalt im "PRÄSENZHOF" verbunden.

Top Lage im Stadtkern! Super Personal!
Pros:

Top Lage mitten im Stadtkern von Bensheim und sehr nah am Bahnhof.

Cons:

Da war noch Potenzial bezüglich der Sauberkeit des Bads gewesen.
Jedoch auf Hinweis ans Personal wurde sofort dieser Zustand exzellent zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit behoben worden!

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt im Zentrum von Bensheim.
Cons:

Das Frühstück war verbesserungsfähig. Z.B. hat Brot gefehlt.
Mit dem Auto ist das Hotel nicht so einfach zu erreichen. Es hätte deutlicher auf die Zufahrt und Tiefgarage hingewiesen werden können.

Sehr gute Lage
Gute Bemühung zu einen gelungene schick Renuvierung, die braucht wichtige nötige Verbesserung!

Cons:

Ich habe in meiner Leben viel verreist. Nie und in keine Land gab's für Gesicht-, Hand-, Badetücher aus Vlies, sondern so wie es hygienisch gehört aus 100% Baumwolle!!
Auf der eine Seite ,das Gästehaus Präsenzhof, sorgte für Haare und Körper Lotion wasch lotion aus Natur Herkunft und auf die andere Seite das eklige Set von Vlies Tücher, wo gehören zum putzen und nicht im Bad!!
Und ich weiß wovon ich spreche, als Textil Designer!

Wenn man findet unter dem Bett leere Plastik Wasser Flasche, das heißt oberflächlich und nicht gründlich Reinigung des Zimmers.

Billig Qualität plastik Klositz, Klobürste, .....

Cons:

Das Hotel besitzt einen enormen Reservierungsstau (Möbel ,Bad, Flure, Beleuchtung.....). Bei Problemen und Reklamationen ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal überfordert (Management bietet keine Lösungen an).....Reklamationen von Gästen werden billigend in Kauf genommen, denn diese werden im Angebot nicht genannt, sind aber hinlänglich beim Personal und damit vorsätzlich bekannt.

Für eine Nacht 137 Euro mit Frühstück zu zweit würden wir nicht noch mal machen.

Es war alles schön sauber und das Personal freundlich

Cons:

Altmodisch, der Preis für das Frühstück, 13 Euro/ Person war nicht gerechtfertigt: Kaffee hat nicht geschmeckt, es gab keine Eierspeisen (kein Rührei oder Frühstücksei) oder sonst etwas Warmes
