Perfect hotel, mooie accomodatie, schitterende omgeving, prachtige kamer met super uitzicht op het meer. Aan te raden.
In de prijs van de accomodatie was een ontbijt inbegrepen. Alles was aanwezig … echter toch verontwaardigd dat voor een simpel eiergerecht een flinke duit moest worden bijbetaald !! Tot 16€ voor een uitgebreide omelet. Ten opzichte van de prijs van de kamer was dit toch een teleurstelling. Nog nooit meegemaakt op onze talrijke reisbestemmingen.

No luggage transfer options, the room was very basic. No smart tv, no kettle or basic equipment. The shower was smelly ..

We had a fantastic experience at Locanda La Pergola. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The view was the highlight—absolutely stunning and such a lovely way to start and finish each day. Our room was clean and full of authentic character, perfectly complementing the hotel’s historic atmosphere. Staying in a building dating back to the 16th century was something special; you could feel its history everywhere you turned.
A beautiful place to stay in Bellagio. We would happily return and highly recommend it!
The hot water in the shower takes longer than usual to get warm probably like 5 minutes which is a waster of water
It was a lovely property overlooking the lake.
There were over 200 steps to navigate to get to the town centre
The view from our balcony was sublime! The breakfast was good.
The room was clean but had no style to it, very bland. The long hike up and down from Bellagio and the ferry. For some reason their restaurant was closed for our visit. Impossible to get a taxi to/from Bellagio.

Lake side rooms have fantastic views and balcony, no view or balcony on opposite side.
Kitchen was closed other than for breakfast, but there was not a common area to bring your own food or drink and look at lake Como. Also there is no public transportation and the walk to town was very long, for anyone with disability. Taxis are impossible to get in Como.
Location offered lovely views of the lake & was peaceful & quiet. The property was well kept, nicely renovated & included historical tiles & memorabilia.
The staff were not pleasant or welcoming & were not very helpful or informative. The restaurant which was advertised on their website was closed & we were not informed. The breakfast included in the rates was poor, choices were very limited, sometimes items were not replenished after only one hour & the staff started to clear it away 30 minutes before closing time. Directions to the property given by the staff included a steep staircase numbering around 90 wide & uneven stairs yet there are alternate routes which were not disclosed initially. Staff did not advise of nearby restaurants, saying that guests had to walk into town to find a restaurant.
The property has a lot to offer in terms of location, views & the building itself but customer service & communication need much improvement.

Very helpful staff, clean rooms, and a good location.
The breakfast was very basic. We were surprised to find that if you want something normally expected at breakfast, such as fried eggs, you have to pay extra and order it separately from the menu. There were two chairs in the room, but there was no table.
