Pros:

Pulito ed in ottima posizione (a due passi dal Porto e dalla Stazione).
Letto comodo e spazioso. Stanze ben tenute.
Marco è stato cortese e professionale e ci ha fornito diverse indicazioni utili.

Cons:

Buono il buffet della colazione, ma non ho apprezzato che la preparazione dei piatti caldi avvenisse direttamente in sala: la ventilazione prevista non riusciva ad assorbire gli odori.
Lo staff che si occupa di rigovernare le camere e di gestire gli ordini a colazione appare poco accogliente e sorge il dubbio che ciò dipenda dalle condizioni di lavoro.
Sarebbe utile fornire anche gli asciugamani per l'igiene intima.

Overall, not great value for money unfortunately, not even if you stay 1-2 nights maximum.
Pros:

Location was great for Cagliari. Breakfast was quite good, pancakes and omelette great. The building where the hotel was quite nice, with an interesting atmosphere and design. Owners are nice and accommodating and welcoming.

Cons:

We stayed one week and although the room was cleaned daily, towels were changed it felt it was done superficial and our bed sheets were never changed- cleanliness and facilities of the room needs improvement. This was a week when outside was scorching hot and everything was incredibly humid, so the bed sheets should have been at least 2-3 times during this time. TV is fully built into a fake wall including the speakers, so we had to turn it to max (level 30) to barely hear anything- we were not in Cagliari to watch tv, but late in the evening coming back to the hotel would’ve been nice to have the option. Because of the fake wall, there is not enough space in the room anymore, there is no closet or a rack to put your clothes, we had to keep everything inside the luggage on the floor - this is not a hotel for more than 1-2 nights.

Pros:

Location great, staff friendly.

Cons:

Hard to put into words without sounding awful but there was a bug infestation. Very scary. Especially the start to a Sardinia trip.

Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located in the old center of Cagliari, with a beautiful view over the harbor.
The breakfast is offering a rich selection of local food, fresh fruits and Sardinian sweets and pastries.
The old, historical center is easily accessible by foot, with interesting museums, nice views over the town and many very good restaurants.
