Great space, comfy beds, great pool area
Pros:

These rooms were fantastic. The suite was so spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable--in fact, some of the best hotel beds I've ever used. Our rooms opened up right into the pool area, which we all loved, especially the kids. Tons of restaurants and a grocery store in easy walking distance.

Cons:

The street noise was pretty brutal, but that is just how Cabarete is. The property does not have its own beach, but everything was very walkable.

We will consider coming back next winter.
Pros:

Location and size of your business is great. Majority of the staff was great, didn’t care for the 2 staff members that kept trying to convince us to your presentation.
Size of our room was just right.

Cons:

The toilet had a small leak and was very gross and stained around it. Having to pay $15 to clean our room. 2 staff members bugging us about breakfast and presentation. Told them No Thank you many times.

Overall, very disappointed and not satisfied with my stay
Cons:

I booked and paid for a full apartment at the hotel.

1) No cleaning, maintenance, or linen and towel change services were included. These services were available on request at an additional cost. Reception desk informed that because we booked through an agency (Booking.com) it was not included.

2) We had to take our trash to the outdoor bins ourselves.

3) Initially, I was given a very nice and spacious apartment but with a street view, although I had reserved a garden view. I requested a transfer, which was arranged two days later to a garden-facing unit; however, it was smaller and had no bedroom window.

4) Kitchen equipment: Poorly equipped.

Tutto perfetto, suite spaziosa vista piscina e mare e con tutti i servizi necessari. Personale gentile e disponibile, abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade rispetto alla stanza inizialmente prenotata.

Cons:

La porta finestra non si chiudeva correttamente.
