Eigentlich ganz schickes Hotel. Evtl etwas teuer.
Pros:

Rasches einchecken und die Person am Telefon zum einchecken war nett und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten unsere Skier auch innen abstellen. Da an unserem Anreisetag das hotel Ruhetag hatte. Zimmer war modisch eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden, außerdem hatte einiges an technischem Komfort. Die lichtoptionen sowie die Regendusche waren nett. Es gab einen Balkon. Das Frühstück war lecker/ frisch und es war alles da.

Cons:

Schwarz ist eine zeitlose Farbe und schwarz verdeckt auch einiges, gleichzeitig macht schwarz auch einiges sichtbar. Die Kaffeemaschine war schwer zu bedienen und es war keine kaffeesahne o. Ä. Vorhanden.
Den gebuchten Bergblick hatten wir jetzt nicht wirklich...Der Fön ist angeschmort gewesen..
Uns wurde keine Allgäu Walser card weder per Booking zugestellt noch übers hotel ausgehändigt. Als ich die Mitarbeiterin darauf ansprach wurde jede Schuld von sich gewiesen und mir noch den Vorwurf gemacht, ich solle mich doch selbst um sowas kümmern. Als Gast kann man ja auch mal etwas tun für seinen Aufenthalt. Auch als ich sagte Ich wolle nun endlich meine Kurtaxe bezahlen wurden mir weitere Vorwürfe gemacht. Das ging wirklich nicht!

Top, absolut weiterempfehlenswert
Pros:

Sehr modernes und sauberes Zimmer mit allem Komfort den man braucht. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist überragend. Es fehlt nichts. Sehr zu empfehlen ist außerdem das Abendessen, insbesondere für Vegetarier.

Sehr nettes und gesprächiges Personal, sowie sehr nette Eigentümer.
Einfach ein Wohlfühlfaktor!

Cons:

Keine Kritikpunkte vorhanden.
Lediglich eine Anmerkung… Die Gäste, die am Sonntag auschecken, würden sicherlich einen späteren Check-out begrüßen. Wir hätten diesen Service auf jeden Fall wahrgenommen, auch aufpreispflichtig.
