Behaglig, trevlig semestertripp.
Pros:

Området var ok. Frukost ingick ej, serverades på beställning, ok, men lite större utbud vore fint.

Cons:

Området runt poolen var trångt, man fick be om att få fram solsängar, bökigt.

It derserve a NO star rating, its dirty, flity mouldy and down right disgusting! Not fit for human living condition what so ever. The pictures you see are fake and doctored up! Walk in and locate another room and left! Simply filty!!!!

Cons:

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO NOT BOOK THIS RESORT! DOWNRIGHT FILTY AND RUNDOWN.

I did not stay as I could hardly breath from the heavy odour. As I walk by to my room there was two rooms that. I passby, one was full of contruction concrete. The other was full of dirty laundy on the floor. Yes I have no pictures to prove this but I was desperate to get out of there. The taxi driver that drop me off show up within 2 minutes so I took my stuff and walkout.

Highly recommend if you want the ease of a commercial area but the quiet of an offbeat place.
Pros:

I like the hospitality and the location, the only problem was room was a little mouldy due to the monsoon. Water pressure in the bathroom is so, so good. Overall, we had an amazing stay, and I will recommend it if you want to be closer to the beach; it was also a pretty quiet neighbourhood considering it's close to a commercial beach.

Cons:

Maybe just the room smells mouldy, but also it was a monsoon stay. The rooms do need a little more maintenance, and daily housekeeping wasn't there.

Lovely stay, lovely room, great location. We would stay again.
Pros:

The location was exactly where we wanted to be. The room was clean. Staff were all polite.

Cons:

Outside was not like the pictures. No sunbeds around the pool. No bar area just a fridge in reception that was stocked with beer if you asked. Kept our clothes in suitcases as there was only a small wardrobe and 3 coathangers. (It would be a good idea to put shelves inside to utilise the space 🙂).

I highly recommend it, especially after the wifi updates

very good location.
The only downside in the first week was the crappy wifi, but!!!!! then they brought wifi extenders to every room with pool view...(I can't comment on the other rooms.) after that evenings were very nice
I had no other complaints, non.

Cons:

If they could pay the IPTV fee, you could watch TV too, but that's not a big problem. Smart TV in room, watch everything else from youtobe to whatever

great stay, lovely pool and with a walking distance to the candolim beach and resturant
Pros:

perfect location close to the beach and quiet with a nice pool and access to local resorts.
