A localização do hotel é ótima, em uma das entradas da cidade, com fácil accesso a parte central e princiais rodovias.
O estacionamento é bem amplo, fechado e no próprio hotel, com total segurança para guardar malas e trânsito.
Muito seguro, composto com câmeras de segurança tanto na parte interna do hotel, estacionamento e ambiente externo nas calçadas.
