Excellent stay. The staff was very nice, the property was amazing
Pros:

The location is great, in the middle of the nature, a perfect place for a break.
The lake in the middle of the property and the animals make you feel at home.
The chalet had a big room, the bad was very confortable.

Cons:

Maybe it could be possible to improve on the breakfast, specially regarding the offering of drinks.

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage in ruhiger Umgebung. Gute Lage für Ausflüge in der Region Dambulla (z.B. Sigiriya). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde extra für uns länger stehen gelassen, damit wir nach der morgendlichen Besichtigung von Sigiriya gemütlich frühstücken konnten.

It was an amazing stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We would definitely return and recommend.

The top of the hut was made out of glass, meaning one would wake up the second the sun would rise.

Pros:

Très bel endroit. Calme au bord du lac. Les chambres sont magnifiques et décorées avec goût.
Le personnel est charmant, de la réception au service du restaurant, ils sont présents et attentifs.

Pros:

En natur runt omkring som var härlig, lugn och ro och fina hus som i sig behöver lite omvårdnad.
Väldigt bra personal, glada, trevliga och omtänksamma.

Cons:

Liyya water Villas är ett häftigt ställe med mycket potential.
Men ganska slitet. Det skulle behöva lite omvårdnad.
Mer kuddar på stolar , färg i hörnet samt wifi!
Wifin var obefintlig och när man dessutom måste beställa tuktuk eller bil för att ta sig någonstans blev det svårt utan wifi.
Det kan bli så bra!
