mattress was sleepable
Do not stay here!! Ants everywhere, dirty bedding, no toilet paper, WiFi did not work. No one spoke English so used translate to communicate. The lady at reception was laying on the floor with her bra out which is highly unprofessional. The bathroom had pubes on the seat, the door didn’t shut and everything was dirty. No garbage can in the room or toilet paper. Felt so uncomfortable staying there. I’ve stayed in many places for the same price or less of way better quality. Avoid booking here
I booked for one emergency night. I had to stay out while my house being renovated. Location was nice and quiet.
I had a bad check in experience. The staff was rude and showed no hospitality at all. Bed sheet was dirty and smelly, the wall was moldy. Shower didn't work properly, no hot water (but it wasn't a problem). The mattress was too big for the frame and I always had to remind myself not to make crazy moves on it otherwise I'd fall.
But to be honest, it wouldn't be so bad if I felt welcome during check in. I travel and work in hospitality myself and managing 2 hair studios, I was surprised to receive such treatment.
I reach out to notify a late night check in and they confirm and follow up the request properly.
Room smells damp, bed needs upgrade, no chairs in balcony, room cleanliness can be improved.
