Don’t think i would stay here again
Pros:

The location was very good, with multiple connivence stores near the place, has free parking which was good.

Cons:

once we entered the property it smelled like urine. The room smells so bad, it stinks with the smell of cigarettes and the toilet smells so bad.

Pros:

The staff were friendly

Cons:

The room was gross. There was no toilet paper, the towels were dirty and stained, the walls were peeling off everywhere, the air con unit has stained all over the ceiling where it had leaked.

There was also a really loud fan unit on the balcony that kept me awake, and the WiFi was awful. I would never stay here again

The rooms were very dirty. I could not even check in. I requested a refund. At first, they agreed, but after canceling on Booking.com, they became uncooperatife

Everything. The room was very old and dirty. Very old furniture and bed sheets. The toilet was disgusting and smelly. Looks like the room was not cleaned for decades.

Pros:

location is good

Cons:

The rooms are very dirty. Shower room is just disgusting - rust is everywhere. Everything looks like they haven't made cleaning for a long time, may be for years (i mean full cleaning, not just dust off)
The stuff didn't pay attention to requests. we've asked not to wake up us in the morning several times, but the cleaning knocked our door every morning.
