Soggiorno per il Teatro
Pros:

L'hotel è in centro vicinissimo al Teatro Goldoni.
Mia moglie ed io siamo stati accolti molto cordialmente dal Signor Antonio, molto gentile, professionale e disponibile alle nostre richieste
Ci ha assegnato una stanza ampia con un comodo bagno.
La stanza era sopra la hall con finestre sulla facciata principale (via Goldoni). La stanza è stata di nostro gradimento
Abbiamo fatto una buona colazione.
Gentile anche gli altri componenti dello staff,
Avevo dimenticato in camera un caricabatteria per cellulari ed il Signor Antonio si sta adoperando per farmelo recapitare, se fattibile.
Grazie per l'ottimo soggiorno

IMPOSSIBILE RILASSARSI

La gentilezza del signore che ci ha accolti .

Cons:

Igiene del tutto assente . Mura sporche , doccia nera con muffa ovunque . A terra sporco , sanitari non igienizzati , phon rotto , odore di chiuso , lenzuola sporche e con polvere , polvere per tutta la stanza, tenda rotta e bucata e vetri completamente sporchi . Ho le foto che attestano tutto ciò . Mi dispiace non sono solita fare una recensione del genere ma per quello che ho pagato ( 133€ )più 15€ di parcheggio dalle 22 alle 9 mi aspetto almeno la sufficienza e soprattutto l’igiene con due bambini piccoli .

Piacevole soggiorno a Livorno
Pros:

Albergo comodo al centro di Livorno. Un po’ datato ma funzionale. Staff gentilissimo!

Cons:

La stanza al mio arrivo era fredda, andrebbe riscaldata prima dell’arrivo degli ospiti.

Sehr freundliches Personal uns zentrale Lage.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten eine Konsole vergessen und haben diese innerhalb weniger Tage per Post zugesendet bekommen!

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage könnte etwas effektiver sein. Man muss dazu sagen, dass es an diesem Tag in Livorno aber auch sehr heiß war.
