Es nuestro rincón preferido, siempre repetimos. Todo es destacable. El espacio, el servicio...
Destaco el masaje que recibo de Albert, impresionante. Y también el servicio de una de las camareras, que es maravillosa y atenta, y hace los mejores Irish coffee!!

La decoració i el tracte del personal de recepció que va fer tot el possible per fer una bona estada

El restaurant molt fluix. Demanem uns plats i unes postres i resulta que no n hi havia. Cal dir-ho abans i no entregar la carta sense dir res ja que faltaven molts plats de la carta.

Me gusto mucho la decoración, y la tranquilidad del espacio, la verdad una pasada. La piscina muy bonita, igual que el resto del Hotel y la habitación! El desyuno genial también!

Cons:

Algo que encontré desproporcionado es el precio de los platos del restaurante, por la cantidad de comida que contenían. También pedimos poder quedarnos un poco más fuera del horario de check in, y no nos pusieron problemas pero tampoco les parecio del todo bien. Creo que por el precio que pagas podrían dejarte utilizar las instalaciones durante todo el día. A pesar de esto todo genial!

Schönes Hotel ohne geschultes Personal und schlechte Küche

Das Hotel ist in Juwel im Outback. Sehr schön restauriert, u.E. für Hochzeiten und Feste ausgelegt, mit viel Aufwand und Geschmack eingerichtet. Grosse Zimmer. Schöne Details.

Cons:

Das Abendessen hat den ganzen ersten positiven Eindruck zerstört. Das Personal war nicht geschult für diese Art von Hotel, und das Essen war eine einzige Katastrophe. Spargeln aus der Dose werden als Delikatesse verkauft, der Hauptgang schlichtweg ungeniessbar. Der Wein wurde beim erstmaligen Ausschenken über das weisse Tischtuch verschüttet. Das Dessert hätte Mangosorbet sein sollen, war aber als solches nicht erkennbar. Wir haben den Kellner mit der Situation konfrontiert, er meinte einfach Sorry ... Der Nachbartisch machte die gleiche Erfahrung. Schade für eine solch schöne Destination.

Prima maar veel te duur. Niet Relais & Chateaux waardig!

Locatie was prachtig, rustig gelegen.
Personeel doet z’n best en zijn over het algemeen zeer vriendelijk.
Kwamen met een nette oplossing, zie ons commentaar bij “wat beviel je niet”.

Cons:

Hele slechte prijs - kwaliteit verhouding bij het restaurant. Belachelijke hoge prijzen voor wat je kreeg. Personeel doet zijn best maar geen kennis van zaken. Voor dit geld verwacht je veel beter.

De superior kamer heeft GEEN airco maar vloerkoeling wat niet werkt, waardoor de kamer heel warm en benauwd is. Ze hebben dit wel netjes opgelost door ons een upgrade aan te bieden.

Bij uitchecken konden we niet betalen door een storing. Wel alle bonnen gecheckt en deze klopte. Later via de mail de factuur ontvangen en ‘ineens’ stond daar €200 extra van een andere kamer op onze factuur. Heel vreemd..

Alles bij elkaar een aardig hotel maar dit is ver beneden de standaard waar Relais & Chateaux voor staat.

Cons:

Deberían tener servicio en la piscina. Con el entorno que tienen, sería agradable ocuparse de las toallas, poder tomar algo. Parte del personal no está a la altura del nivel necesario para la categoría del hotel.

Such a tranquil and beautiful environment. Really peaceful and the hotel is stunning. Food for the soul. Helpful and friendly staff.

Cons:

Check in took a long time - about 25 minutes to get into our room from time of arrival.
Not enough staff present on our first afternoon and it all felt a little disorganised (The staff who were there were very nice though).

Instal.lacions excepcionals. Molt bon servei.

Cons:

Vam sopar al restaurant i va ser un desastre. Van venir els segons abans dels primers. Van deixar de servir begudes. La carn va venir freda. En resum, el restaurant no està a l'alçada de l'hotel.
