Pros:

La posizione non era male, facile arrivare in centro con la tramvia. Il parcheggio comodissimo e gentilissimi alla reception che ci hanno permesso di lasciare la macchina dopo aver fatto il check out. Colazione abbondante salata e dolce. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Cons:

La camera era di dimensioni standard, quindi tutto nella norma. L'ascensore andrebbe un po' sistemato. Così come le finestre della camera, da cui entravano spifferi (era il 30 e 31 dicembre). Solo una cosa strana è successo, la signora delle colazioni (forse di origini dell'est), dalla prima mattina sbuffava e sbatteva bicchieri e vassoi. Poi, la seconda mattina, si è messa a litigare con l'altra signora delle colazioni, che ha mantenuto professionalità e charm. Siccome la sala era piena, alcune persone sono state messe in un'altra sala (sempre adibita a colazioni), ma questa signora forse un po' indisposta per qualche problema continuava a chiuderci la porta e chiaramente non avevamo più modo di chiedere le cose, visto che insieme all'altra signora stavano nella prima sala colazioni. A parte questo la colazione era buona e abbondante.

Schlechtestes Hotel das ich bislang besucht habe.
Pros:

Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Tram in der Nähe.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat beim Bezug so stark gestunken, dass ich erst einmal losgehen musste, um ein Raumspray zu kaufen.
Die Klimaanlage war so laut, dass man den Eindruck hatte, dass sie im nächsten Moment ausfällt. Daran sie beim schlafen laufen zu lassen, musste man gar nicht erst denken.
Das Zimmer, so wie das Hotel gehört dringend saniert. (Schimmel an den Wänden und der Decke im Badezimmer, dutzende zerschlagene Insekten an den Wänden und Gardinen, usw.)

Hotel un po’ datato e tenuto non tanto bene. Ottima colazione, si trova un po’ dì tutto, particolarmente buoni i croissant e il cappuccino. Camera molto ampia e con tutto il necessario, letto comodissimo, un po’ meno i cuscino troppo duri per noi. Bagno comodo con doccia molto ampia e il cambio degli asciugamani veniva fatto tutti i giorni. La pulizia così così. Ottima posizione: dalla stazione con il tram T2 si arriva comodamente in circa un quarto d’ora e dalla fermata del tram in 5 minuti di cammino si arriva. I biglietti del tram/pullman li vendono anche alla reception senza costi aggiunti (€1,70 e dura 90 min.) Buono anche il ristorante annesso. Personale gentile, anche quello del ristorante.

Cons:

Migliorerei la pulizia e tutto l’aspetto dell’hotel.
