Nice room, I would stay again.
Pros:

The self checkin worked well and the room was very clean and modern. The bed was comfy and the shower and bathroom were very good quality. The coffee machine was a nice addition, as was the fridge, but that didn’t appear to be working. Location near station was great and the room was super quiet.

Cons:

The room was too hot and adjusting the temperature control made no difference.

Pros:

Sehr schönes neues Hotel.

Cons:

Fenster konnte nicht geöffnet werden und der eine Lichtschalte hat nicht funktioniert. Wurde dann jedoch schnell geflickt.

O Self Check in dificulta o acesso por causa do pagamento da taxa de hospedagem, especialmente na estação fria. Isso poderia ser sugerido ao hóspede como medida prévia ao check in.

Gosto mto da localização

Por agora ser self checkin deveria o hotel enviar a taxa obrigatória pra pagar antes da chegada. Via email ou outro meio.

Ficar em pé no toten em frente ao hotel. Sem poder acessar a recepção. No frio. Cansado. Cheio se mala....e fazer o pagamento um um. Nao foi eficiente nem confortável.

Presenciei meu irmao na mesma situação. Cheio de malas. 4 pessoas. Uma longa viagem desde o Brasil. E la em pé fazendo o pagamento das taxas.
Também presenciei uma hospede.

Bem melhor ja ter isso com antecedência pra chegar no totem e ja ter o codigo de acesso ao hotel.

Também observo que ha 3 anos quando nao havia selfchein na recepção tinha chocolatinhos e canetas. Agrada muito ter algum mimo com o cliente.

No quarto tem café e chá. Mas sentí falta dos chocolatinhos na recepção . Ou mesmo que tivesse nos quartos. Afinal, é SUÍÇA = chocolate.

Outro detalhe que digo em todos os hoteis. O apoio de malas. So tem um. E sempre tem 2 hospedes.

Top Hotel an top Lage - sehr empfehlenswert!

Top Lage (trotz Bahnhofnähe ruhig), sehr schöne Zimmer, gut durchdacht und genügend Stauraum, sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Reinigungspersonal. mit dem Self Check-In hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Das Frühstück war lecker. Es war einfach TOP und sehr schön. Wir kommen wieder.
