Zentrales Hotel mit guter Ausstattung
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral direkt am Bahnhof und unweit von der Piazza Grande. Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert und sind in einem guten Zustand. Das Frühstück war klein, aber fein und es wurde sich jederzeit darum bemüht, dass man sich wohl fühlt.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Gleise vom Bahnhof. Dennoch war es ruhig, insbesondere, wenn man die Fenster schloss. Zudem waren wir der Meinung, wir hätten eine andere gehobenere Zimmerkategorie gebucht. Aber scheinbar sind fast alle Zimmer gleich gross und es gibt kaum einen Unterschied in der Ausstattung. Wir erhielten aufgrund dessen einen Getränkegutschein in einem Restaurant in der Nähe.

Pros:

Das Hotel Binario ist ein wunderschönes Hotel, sehr schöne Zimmer, super freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück im wunderschönen Frühstücksraum.
Sehr gute Lage nur ein paar Schritte von der Uferpromenade entfernt.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Szuper lokáció, remek felszereltség és tisztaság
Pros:

Szoba+fürdő:
A hotel felülmúlta a várakozásainkat.
Rendkívül tiszta és modern, kényelmes berendezéssel és kialakítással (pl. USB-port a konnektorok mellett!). A fürdőszoba meglepően jól szellőzik/szárad, a kis vanity set is jól jött.
Reggeli:
Nagyon finom, elegendő sós és édes választék van (bár talán egy kicsit több zöldség elférne).
Személyzet:
A személyzet kedves, mosolygós és segítőkész volt.
Lokáció:
A szállás a lehető legjobb helyen van. Konkrétan a vasútállomás mellett (végállomás), viszont ennek ellenére olyan csendes és nyugodt volt a szobánk, hogy el sem hittük. Semmilyen forgalom nem hallatszott be hozzánk. A buszmegállók is a vasútnál vannak, szóval az is 1 perc alatt elérhető. Kisbolt, étterem és a tó is 2-3 perc séta.

Cons:

Üzenetben nagyon lassan reagálnak, illetve nem voltak túl proaktívak a check-in/check-out infóval kapcsolatban (úgy kellett rákérdeznem több dologra).
Ami kifejezetten nem tetszett, hogy egy technikai gond miatt új belépési kód volt a főbejárathoz a check-in napján, de ezt nem írták meg azonnal üzenetben, hanem a “hívásomat várták”. Ezt szerintem lehetett volna előzékenyebben kezelni.
Fontos hangsúlyoznom viszont, hogy annak ellenére, hogy az üzenetváltás során nem voltam megelégedve a személyzettel, a helyszínen mindenki rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt, így érdemes inkább elsétálni a közeli Hotel Lago Maggioréba, ha segítségre van szükség, és pont nincs senki a hotelben/nem válaszolnak az üzenetre időben.

An absolute gem of a hotel in a brilliant location.
Pros:

I thought I’d booked a modest hotel right by the station. I was surprised and delighted by the superb design with really excellent detailing. As well as being very attractive it was also functional. The room was small but comfortable with quiet air conditioning which cooled but didn’t chill. Practical arrangement for hot drinks and bottled water was much appreciated. Breakfast was excellent and the basement breakfast room a delight. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Excellent value. Architect/designer to be congratulated. Loved it.

New Age Bohemian with Charm and Location

We loved the location. The minimalist design was ergonomically very comfortable. with an eye to sustainability.! The hotel is a a great location next to the train station-not a train was to be heard from our sound proof room. Though the water, the ferries and restaurants and shopping galore were right there by the hotel, it is a 10-20 minute walk into old Locarno. But all charming en route. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and went out of their way to help us with an earlier check in and at check out, they stored our bags until our train departure, making traveling by rail easy peasy!

Cons:

We enjoyed our stay in the top floor. which was a bit garret like, with slanted ceilings, skylight and low windows. It was light, airy and very cozy.
