Quality of the rooms and fixtures and fittings.

Cons:

The air-conditioning did not work which made the stay unbearable. We hardly had any sleep for the five nights we were there. Completely exhausted after this day. We moved to another room where the air-conditioning also didn’t work. But it had a window which means that we could listen to the announcements from the train station regularly through the evening and early morning. Not ideal obviously.

Beautiful designed boutique hotel in perfect location at reasonable price.
Pros:

Everything! A few steps to rail station but very soundproof rooms (electric trains make almost no noise anyway) A few minutes to Locarno waterfront and ferries. Perfect location.
Room and bathroom beautiful, and comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent.
Staff very welcoming and helpful, with suggestions on where to go and see to suit us. This hotel gives guests the Lucarno pass for discounts on local travel and some restaurants.
This hotel is truly a beautifully designed boutique hotel at reasonable prices. And I travel a lot.

Pros:

L’hôtel est bien situé derrière la gare.
Il n’y a aucune nuisance du fait d’être proche de la gare ce qui en fait un point très positif.
Dès que l’on rentre dans l’hôtel on se sent bien. Alexandra nous a accueilli avec un magnifique sourire et beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme.
La chambre est belle et très bien équipée.
La literie est confortable et très agréable.
La décoration de tout l’hôtel est faite avec beaucoup de goût, de modernité, tout en restant très agréable et cosy.
Le petit déjeuner est incroyablement délicieux avec tous les plaisirs du moment et surtout des produits locaux…la colombe de Pâques par exemple.
Nous recommandons ce bel hôtel où il y fait bon y vivre.
Celui-ci nous a tellement plus, que nous savons déjà que nous y retournerons sûrement cette année.

Lage perfekt für Anreise, Aufenthalt und Ausflüge . Frühstück sehr gut mit bestem Birchermüsli ever. Absolute Ruhe trotz Bahnhofsnähe. Kein Lärm von Türen, Zimmernachbarn etc.. Wunderbares Ambiente. Personal hilfreich und immer freundlich und gut gelaunt. Ticino Pass inbegriffen.

Davvero SMART comodissimo come posizione parcheggio stazione molto vicino ed anche al centro e lungolago all arrivo non abbiamo trovato nessuno ma comunque tutto molto semplice il personale lo abbiamo visto per la colazione davvero gentilissima camera pulitissima inoltre ci hanno dato sconti per la cena noi abbiamo scelto Perbacco con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo ed anche sconto per Termali Salini davvero molto belli
