Pros:

Comfi bed, nice shower, good service.

Cons:

We had a reservation but at arrival he tried to sell us a more expensive room. Only when we showed our reservation, it was possible to get the room we booked. Sheets were clean, but stained.

Not great. Needs some work on basic practices.
Pros:

Room was a good size, bed was comfortable. Conveniently located in the old part of Lucknow.

Cons:

Room was dirty, and not cleaned during my 3 day stay. Bedsheets needed a bloody good wash. The fridge had stuff that had been left there by previous occupants. The hotel was incredibly noisy, both people inside the property, and the traffic outside. Better soundproofing needed.

The food was good

Cons:

No cleanliness, there was hair everywhere on the bed and the bed sheet was dirty and old I had to ask many times to change the bedsheet, the staff were not responsible and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. Overall hygiene is not maintained.

VERY GOOD LOCATION. SMOOTH CHECKIN

AS WE WERE TOURIST IT WAS EXPECTED THAT WE WOULD VISIT DIFFERENT LOCATION IN AND AROUND THE CITY. ON OUR RETURN WE FOUND THE POWER SUPPLY TO AIRCONDITIONER BEING SWITCHED OFF. ONE HAS TO INFORM THE RECEPTION BEFORE THE POWER IS SWITCHED ON. THIS WAS A RECURRING EXPERIENCE.

A traveler would visit different spots or location in the city. When we returned invariably we found air conditioning button being switched off. Repeatedly we had to remind reception to restart it.
