Luci e (soprattutto) ombre.
Pros:

La camera ha uno stile davvero molto ricercato e la posizione è ottima, nella parte tranquilla dell'affollato quartiere centrale Sultanahmet.

Cons:

- Non si può pagare con carta, diversamente da come indicato qui su Booking. Perciò ho dovuto prelevare con il 10% di commissioni che viene applicato ad ogni prelievo con carta straniera.
- La colazione è pietosa, non scegliere questo hotel per la colazione, perché è pessima.
- Il WiFi funziona malissimo, oppure non funziona proprio.
- La camera e il bagno sono molto bui, l'illuminazione della camera è insufficiente, quella del bagno per metà non funzionante e comunque minima.
- La camera che mi hanno assegnato affaccia su un'intercapedine di circa 50cm, al di là della quale si trova il muro altissimo del palazzo di fianco, per cui non entra per niente luce (aggiungendo ciò al punto precedente, significa che la camera è quasi buia sia di notte che di giorno).
- Impossibile aprire le finestre, perché nello spazio con il muro di fronte ci sono i motori di tutti i condizionatori, che fanno un rumore pazzesco e producono un caldo tremendo che entra in camera.
- Il sifone e il tubo della doccia sono completamente rotti.
- Nella mia camera c'era odore di chiuso e di vecchio.

Overall, I had a good stay. The hotel was nice, even though I arrived before check in time, they helped me with my room, which I really appreciated. The room looked just like the photos and was clean. There was one small issue, but after I told the staff about it, they fixed it quickly. The staff were friendly, polite, and always happy to help. The location was also good. It takes about 20 min to walk to places like Eminönü and Sirkeci. If you don't want to walk, there is a tram about 5 min from the hotel, so it's easy to get around.

Чудовий комфортний готель. Чистий великий номер в якому дуже велике зручне ліжко, чиста ванна кімната. В номері був кондиціонер, холодильник, шафа, засоби особистої гігієни, фен. Місцезнаходження в чудовому історичному районі.

Приятный отель! Комнаты уютные. Спасибо за отзывчивость персоналу, помогли выбрать лучшую комнату. Чутко реагировали на все просьбы. Очень вежливый хозяин!
Номер предлагали со скидкой, за очень бюджетные деньги - я ожидала более простого. А получила просторный номер со всеми удобствами. Превзошел ожидания.
Местоположение удобное, близко к Голубой мечети и площади, но при этом не так шумно. Легко и быстро можно добраться и на такси, и от остановки Havaist (Cankurtaran), и от остановки общественного транспорта (Catladikapi).
Рекомендую! Чувствовала себя гостем!

Очень удобное расположение, все в шаговой доступности. Очень дружелюбный и приветливый персонал, все чисто и комфортно. Завтраки вкусные. Остановились в этом отеле с супругой, очень понравилось, особенно цена))) соотношение цена качество. Советую всем кто прибыл в Стамбул для активного отдыха, прогулок, в отеле будете только ночевать.

A szállás a Haghia Sophia-tol 8 perc kényelmes sétára van, egy csendes kis utcában! A recepciós úr nagyon figyelmes és kedves volt! Nemcsak információkkal látott el minket, de bőséges útravalót is készített kora hajnalban! A csomagban egy személyre szabott kis csomagot is találtam magyar üzenettel: Boldog születésnapot"! Bearanyozta a napomat! A reggeli bár szolid volt, de a nap indításához éppen megfelelő! A szobák tagasak, melegek, tiszták! Tökéletes választás volt!

10 minuti a piedi da sultanmet.

Cons:

Hotel senza ascensore e camera al 4 ed ultimo piano.
Provato la colazione la prima mattina ma abbiamo preferito farla in altri locali perchè era per la maggior parte salata e poca scelta (notare l'odore di fritto che dal piano terra arriva all'ultimo piano alle 8 del mattino)
Appena arrivati ci siamo fatti cambiare copriletto perchè era a dir poco sporco e fatto aggiungere lenzuolo per coprirci perchè non era previsto.
Abbiamo alloggiato per 5 notti e non sono MAI passati a dare una pulita alla stanza, cambiare un asciugamano o a vuotare il cestino (era talmente pieno che abbiamo buttato bottigliette e altra immondizia al di sopra del contenitore).
Essendo ultimo piano, piovendo abbiamo avuto una infiltrazione di acqua nella stanza (il ragazzo ci ha proposto un cambio stanza a fianco ma abbiamo rifiutato perchè le previsioni non davano più pioggia e avevamo già svuotato le valigie).
Ultima cosa, le prese della corrente che si staccavano dal muro e le luci della stanza anche quelle alcune fatiscenti e il phon per i capelli non funzionante.

Плохая шумоизоляция, уставшие номера в отеле где необходимо сделать обновление интерьера, нет лифта. Мы приехали раньше в 8 утра, но нам никто не открыл, мы ждали на улице час пока придет уборщица и откроет отель своим ключом. Завтраки есть но самые базовые, яйца, хлеб, сыр, помидоры, огурцы, оливки ( всего в небольших количествах но хватает. Завтраки в подвале.
