I believe the current rate of 8.6 is too high.
Pros:

Breakfast was pretty good. no complain about that. The location was also good. Walking distance to main attractions and close to airport buses.

Cons:

We stayed there for 5 nights. I think we were at room number 202. After you enter the building it is the first door on left.
1- The room service was bad. They did not replace anything that was finished including water, tea bags and shampoo. You always need to go to front desk and ask for them.
2- The bed was making a lot of loud noise regardless of if you only move by a centimetre or ...
3- If someone walks in the room upstairs, you definitely can hear it. Maybe it was due to fact that the guests in the room upstairs were really loud and inconsiderate, or maybe the ceiling is too thin.

Pros:

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de monumentos turísticos y con multitud de restaurantes y comercios por la zona. El desayuno nos encantó, súper completo y variado y con productos locales. La atención recibida por parte de los trabajadores, sobretodo el chico de recepción fue de diez.

Cons:

La insonorización y de vez en cuando los desagües olían un poco.

Greatly located, cozy hotel with fantastic service
Pros:

Close to the historic center – about 15-20 minutes on foot
About 10 minutes to the T1 tram line and the Grand Bazaar
Spacious rooms with a small kitchenette (there is a fridge)
Good breakfasts, though a bit monotonous (but really okay for a few days)
Fantastic hosts, very good communication both before arrival and during the stay (they organized perfect airport transfers for us very late in the evening and very early in the morning)

Cons:

At times a bit too noisy (there is a mosque nearby and sometimes you can hear car noise from the street)

Kameralny, sympatyczny obiekt
Pros:

Znakomite położenie, do większości atrakcji turystycznych kilka-kilkanaście minut na piechotę.
Hotelik bardzo przyjemny, sympatyczna obsługa, smaczne i obfite śniadania.

Cons:

Mieliśmy pecha, bo w naszym pokoju zepsuła sie klimatyzacja, przez co temperatura w nocy, mimo dostarczonego wiatraka, nie spadała poniżej 27 stopni.
Ale to był właściwie jedyny minus, poza tym obiekt absolutnie godny polecenia!
Aha, jeszcze jedno - obiekt sąsiaduje z meczetem. Muezzin nawołuje do modlitwy juz o 4.30 (początek czerwca) przez głośnik nastawiony tak głośno, że praktycznie nie ma szans się nie obudzić...

Service personnel was very friendly and helpful. They tried hard making things as comfortable as possible. Breakfast is simple, but tasty and sufficient.

Cons:

In room 501, the aircon didn't work the first night and the next day till late afternoon. temperature was 28 degrees at night with open windows and loud noise coming in from the streets. - That problem got fixed late afternoon the next day. Staff is very attentive. Seagulls are nesting in front of the bedroom window.- Super noisy, day and night! Sewage smell coming from the bathroom drains and mold around the washbasin. Shower drain is clogged. Room, decoration and plants could use a bit more TLC.

unica nota positiva la posizione in 4 minuti si e al centro vero di Istanbul ovvero al gran bazar e sulthanamet

Cons:

il bagno troppo piccolo x una famiglia di 4 persone
i servizi in genere da migliorare a noi e capitato di avere il condizionatore rotto e anche se ci aveva garantito il titolare che il giorno seguente lo avrebbe aggiustato in una settimana di permanenza niente
le lamentele lasciavano il tempo
poi un discorso a parte x le formiche lo lascio andare

NOS ROBARON Y ENGAÑARON!

Recepcionista uzbeko

Cons:

Viaje en familia.
Nos robaron 500€ de un sobre en la mochila de la habitación. Nos hicieron creer que vendría la policía 2 días consecutivos para poner denuncia y devolvernos el dinero.

Finalmente cambiaron de interlocutor, teniendo que explicar todo de nuevo a través del traductor, ya que no hablan inglés, terminando con nuestra paciencia y tiempo perdido de espera para reportar a la policía que nunca llegó. Así ganando tiempo hasta que nos fuéramos.


Al lado de una mezquita que te despierta a las 4:45am. La puerta de entrada abierta sin ningún control, estando la recepción en planta baja.

Si queréis queréis seguridad y tranquilidad, este no es el sitio.

Mimo wszystko dobrze nam się mieszkało w Green Suite mimo niedogodności (byliśmy 10 dni). Personel bardzo się stara.
Pros:

Miły, pomocny personel. Czystość. Ładny budynek i pokoje. Dobra lokalizacja (blisko restauracje, sklepy, 10 min. do tramwaju, 15 min. do najważniejszych zabytków). Lokalny kot ;)

Cons:

Łazienka wymaga remontu (zacieki na suficie, grzyb na fugach, kabina prysznicowa przecieka, nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji w łazience).
Hałaśliwa okolica. Tuż obok jest meczet - muezin nawołuje o 5 rano.
Słychać też kroki i głosy osób z innych pokoi.
W apartamencie jest kuchnia, ale na wyposażeniu dla 4 osób 3 kubeczki, szklanka, jedna łyżeczka i czajnik. Przydałoby się więcej kubków/szklanek, płyn do mycia i ściereczka.
Śniadania 6/10.
