Pros:

Очень красивый дом, отличные номера. Был с женой и двумя дочерьми. Комнаты разнесены друг от друга. Завтрак вкусный. До голубой мечети пешком 15 минут. Вокруг много кафешек и магазинов. Есть кондиционеры. Номер большой.
В целом рекомендую!

Hidden gem of Istanbul
Pros:

As usual, everything was excellent.This is our second stay and we loved the place.Hidden gem of Istanbul.If you want to experience the real traditional Turkish house &hospitaly.Top location,with many restaurants and food option near by.All the attraction on the 15min by walk.They serve excellent breakfast.The rooms are cozy and well suited for families and well equipped with AC.

Pros:

Очень приятный отель. Понравилось всё. Номер- очень удобный по расположению комнат, комфортно большой семье. Уютный балкончик с видом на улицу и море. Чисто, тихо. Уютный дворик с завтраками. Очень любезный и гостеприимный персонал. Локация отличная, везде ходили пешком, вокруг есть все- магазины, рестораны. Место рядом со многими туристическими местами, но само не многолюдное, тихое.

Брали 4х местный номер с двумя отдельными большими комнатами, кровати удобные, очень довольны! Жили 5 суток уборка каждый день.Кондиционеры, холодильник, чайник, душ-все работает хорошо; номер точно как на фото, расположен в центральной части; завтраки - отдельное Мерси!

Recomand aceasta cazare pentru plimbarile lungi din Istanbul.
Pros:

Mi-a placut personalul, foarte respectuos, mi-a placut micul dejun care se aducea la masa la fiecare familie, foarte gustos. Mi-a placut ca si-au dat silinta sa fie mereu ceva nou. A fost suficient de fiecare data. Mi-a placut foarte mult branza sarata. Exceptional! Apa calda, saltele confortabile, totul curat. Un mare plus, faptul ca sunt doua dormitoare si am stat foarte comod. Pentru banii dati, a fost foarte bine.

Per quello che paghi il posto è molto molto buono, lo consiglio se cercate un posto economico e con buon prezzo!!

Purtroppo il personale parla poco inglese ma alla fine siamo riusciti a capirci.

I believe the current rate of 8.6 is too high.
Pros:

Breakfast was pretty good. no complain about that. The location was also good. Walking distance to main attractions and close to airport buses.

Cons:

We stayed there for 5 nights. I think we were at room number 202. After you enter the building it is the first door on left.
1- The room service was bad. They did not replace anything that was finished including water, tea bags and shampoo. You always need to go to front desk and ask for them.
2- The bed was making a lot of loud noise regardless of if you only move by a centimetre or ...
3- If someone walks in the room upstairs, you definitely can hear it. Maybe it was due to fact that the guests in the room upstairs were really loud and inconsiderate, or maybe the ceiling is too thin.
