My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

The staff’s attitude was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Instead of providing hospitality, they showed a lack of respect and basic courtesy toward guests.

There is no elevator in the hotel, yet the staff made no effort whatsoever to assist with carrying luggage to the rooms. Expecting guests to handle everything themselves without any support is simply not acceptable, especially in the hospitality industry.

The level of service I received was far below standard. This was not just poor service it reflected a serious lack of professionalism and training.

La ubicación y el ambiente de la zona, muy cerca de todos los puntos turísticos, en pleno casco histórico. Muy agradable todo el staff. Refrescos y snacks gratuitos del minibar, lo reponen diariamente.

Insane value for the price, good location, great food and friendly staff.
Pros:

The property is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from haga sophia and the historic downtown area. The rooms were nice and clean, the staff was helpful and kind. The breakfast was really good with great variety and plenty of food.

Cons:

You cant flush the toilet paper, but this is most likely due to the sewage system being out of date and thus not the fault of the property.

Pros:

Ha sido una buena experiencia. La localización es estupenda y el personal muy amable. Las habitaciones están bien, aunque no son lujo. La limpieza está muy bien y el desayuno estupendo. Silencioso aunque se oye la oración

La ducha que no haya alcachofa, solo grifo arriba. Pero no es nada importante, sale calentito :)

Das Frühstück , Der Chef selber war immer da und hilfsbereit, war für tipps und fragen immer offen.

Cons:

Da ich Economy gebucht habe , habe ich auch Economy bekommen , Deshalb musste ich minimal abstriche machen , aber das was ich bezahlt habe habe ich auch mehr als genug bekommen, nur weiter zu empfehlen, wer etwas mehr schnick schnack will sollte Suite buchen.

La amabilidad del personal , la ubicación, está al lado de todas las tracciones turísticas Mezquita azul , Santa Sofía , el desayuno muy completo y en la terraza con buenas vistas .

Cons:

La habitación nuestra estaba situada cerca de la recepción y se oían mucho los ruidos y a la gente hablar , mucho calor en la habitación y no se podía regular .
