Pros:

Отель расположен недалеко от трамвайной и автобусной линии. До метро немного дольше, но не критично. Очень хорошо нас встретили, приняли и отправили. Из-за чего не могу просто оставить плохой отзыв. Номер был на первом этаже, не пришлось подниматься по крутой лестнице. Окна первого этажа выходят на стену и до нее практически 20 см. Все бы хорошо, так как цена и это позволяет, но есть моменты. Там находятся кондиционеры. Открыть, лично я, не смогла из-за запаха и шума. Без окна очень душно. В целом, цена за этот отель адекватная.

Cons:

1. Ванная комната требует ухода. Нужно почистить вентиляцию и что то сделать с протеканием из-за душа, тк после душа весь пол в воде. Так как туалетная комната очень крохотная, все недочеты уборки видны сразу. Есть плесень.
2. Уборка территории за окном. Кошачий запах бьет сразу при открытии окна.
3. Завтрак. Очень скудный завтрак.

Pros:

The manager of the hotel was definitely the highlight of our stay. He was extremely helpful from the beginning until the end. We had free water throughout our stay + every day, there was something sweet to eat for free at the reception. We had some amazing baklavas and lukums! He helped us get an e-sim, showed us to the best place for dinner just around the corner, booked us a tour without charging any commission, and booked us a taxi to the airport. All of these were at a great price. He also gave us amazing recommendations and tips on how to get around in the city and what to avoid. Eventually, he even made fresh sandwhiches for us before we left for the airport. Huge shoutout to Gokhan!!!
The other staff members were also very kind and helpful. One of them even washed some of our clothes, without any extra charge.

The terrace on the rooftop is definitely the best part of the hotel. The view is stunning.

The breakasft included in the price was a nice addition with fresh homemade food.

Toilteries, slippers and towels were provided and were clean and fresh. There was also a mini fridge which was quite convenient.

Cons:

The room was small and the window faced a wall. There was basically no natural light.
The washroom was tiny and not well maintained at all with mould everywhere in the shower.
The room was quite dusty and you could tell that thorough cleaning was not done properly as under the bed area was extremely dusty.
There was no actual blanket but rather just a flat bedsheet and a small throw.

Está bien por la relación precio y calidad
Pros:

El personal es increíblemente amable. Te hacen sentir muy bienvenidos, como si estuvieras en casa. Cuidan de todos los detalles. Nos proveyeron de agua mineral para toda nuestra estadía, nos regalaron dulces turcos y lavaron nuestra ropa sin costo.
Alquilamos 7 noches en una habitación standard, era demasiado chica y las últimas tres noches nos movieron a una habitación familiar que fue mucho más cómoda.
El desayuno está buenísimo, tiene mucha variedad y se sirve en una terraza con muy linda vista.
La ubicación también está buena. Se llega caminado a cualquier punto de interés de la ciudad.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son realmente muy pequeñas. La ventana de la habitación standard tiene vista a una pared, así que no tienen luz natural. En ambas habitaciones en las que estuvimos, las cortinas son malas y afuera hay mucha luz toda la noche que va a entrar a la habitación.
El baño es diminuto y estaba bastante descuidado, la ducha de techo no funcionaba. El diseño muy incómodo, apenas entrás en la ducha. Sentarte en el inodoro también es difícil y cepillarse los dientes sin mojar todo también es un desafío porque el lavabo es muy pequeño.
Hay muy pocos enchufes.

Нам очень понравилось пребывание в этом отеле! Персонал очень доброжелательный, вежливый и всегда готов помочь. Номера чистые, уютные. Завтраки были вкусными, разнообразными и свежими. Расположение отеля просто отличное все основные достопримечательности, кафе, магазины и транспорт находятся совсем рядом. Спасибо за теплый прием!

Pros:

În primul rând, un aspect important care nu ține de hotel, ci de Booking: în Turcia platforma este blocată. Asta înseamnă că poți face rezervarea si achita fara probleme, însă după ce ajungi nu mai poți contacta serviciul de asistență Booking pentru a raporta eventuale probleme decât dacă folosești un VPN.
În ceea ce privește hotelul, acesta este situat într-o zonă foarte turistică, cu numeroase restaurante și magazine în apropiere. Se ajunge în aproximativ 20 de minute pe jos la Moscheea Albastră, iar până la Grand Bazaar și stația de tramvai sunt aproximativ 15 minute de mers, însă traseul implică urcarea unui deal.
Gazda, Gokhan, este amabilă și ospitalieră. Ne-a ajutat cu organizarea transferului de la aeroport, ne-a oferit apă din partea casei, iar ceaiul și cafeaua sunt disponibile gratuit pe tot parcursul zilei. Ofera si serviciu de spalatorie ceea ce ne-a ajutat dat fiind ca am plecat catre urmatoarea destinatie cu hainele curate.
Terasa unde se servește micul dejun este foarte plăcută, cu o atmosferă relaxantă. Micul dejun a fost același în fiecare dimineață si l-am sarit in cateva zile.

Cons:

Hotelul nu este pentru pretentiosi, nivelul de curățenie a lăsat de dorit. În cele 7 nopți petrecute aici, camera a fost curățată o singură dată, în a cincea zi, și doar după ce am solicitat acest lucru.
Baia a fost foarte mica si mucegaita. Frigiderul nu s-a putut folosi pt ca era foarte murdar.
Terasa unde se serveste micul dejun este la etajul 5 iar accesul se face pe niste scari de tip spirale destul de inguste si dificile. Nu recomand cafeaua.

Hotelul este amplasat chiar lângă o moschee, chemarea la rugăciune se aude în fiecare dimineață la ora 5. Acest lucru este însă destul de comun în Istanbul și nu poate fi considerat neapărat un dezavantaj al hotelului.
Un alt minus important este lipsa izolației fonice. Se aude tot, atât zgomotul de pe stradă, cât și pe cel din interiorul clădirii. În primele nopți ale sejurului s-au efectuat lucrări de renovare în camera de deasupra noastră, iar zgomotul a fost atât de puternic încât nu am reușit să ne odihnim.

Pros:

Excellent stay! I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the terrace offers a wonderful view, the breakfast was great, and the location is perfect. I would definitely stay here again

Вежливость и отзывчивость персонала и хозяина York House, терраса, номера, расположение, вкусные завтраки, замечательный вид на крыше, одни сплошные плюсы+++++ все гости из разных стран, что тоже оказалось для нас интересным
