I’ve been here three times, it’s always been a good experience.
Pros:

Everything as seen in photos.
Location was amazing - very close to the ferries.
Staff was very polite.
A spacious room with a fantastic A/C, comfortable beds.
Shower pressure/temperature was very good, and surprisingly the hairdryer was better than most of the hotels.
This was my third time in this hotel and I will definitely stay here the next time as well.

Cons:

The hotel is a little bit dated, but nothing that would impact the stay.

Pros:

Location

Cons:

It was dirty as hell. Bed sheets were dirty and old, the blanket was not fresh. Never to turn here. Soap dispenser and door lock were broken, too!
